Mochica Express serves quality food with quick and speedy service. The restaurant offers a variety of dishes, including ceviche, yuca fries, and wanton soup, which are all excellent. The mixto ceviche is fresh with the right acidity, while the yuca fries can be dipped in the ceviche or enjoyed with the accompanying sauce. The wanton soup is comforting with green onions and greens. The menu also includes options like Lomo Saltado, which is reasonably priced and tasty, although it could benefit from more beef and French fries.
