McDonald's in Dover

“For the longest time this has been a typical McDonald's. I'll often visit after work and at a certain hour the drive thru menus are turned off and no one will take an order after 10pm, no matter what I order or what time of day I'll be asked to pull up for no reason.. all of what you expect from McDonald's. The past few times I've been I was surprised by the attitude of the dive thru associate. Cheerful, polite, outgoing. Prior to this last visit she told me it was going to be a minute because she was making new fries. Zuri is a customer service machine and deserves a raise.“

“This is hands down one of the most well run location in the country. They are fast, courteous and food is always hot and order is right. Even the younger employees are professional. Other locations will serve older fries or food that has been sitting for extended periods of time. This location does not, it's incredible“

“I absolutely love this McDonald’s location! Every time we visit, our order is consistently accurate, which is a rare find these days. The manager is so friendly and kind, always making us feel welcome. It’s clear they care about providing great service!“

“I must give kudos to the Mgr and staff working on this day. Although my order took 20 minutes I wouldn't complain. There's were 2 ladies preparing the food. 3 ladies and the Mgr bagging and getting the beverages. They were trying to knock it out as fast as they could. Ownership should know at noon they were understaffed.“
