“The Tide Room at The Shore Beach Club: A Delightful Dining Experience Last evening, we had the pleasure of dining at The Tide Room at The Shore Beach Club in Ocean City, Maryland. Our reservation was for 8:15 PM, and despite potential parking challenges, we found it surprisingly easy to find a spot. The restaurant’s recent remodel is evident as you walk up the stairs into the inviting dining area. Upon arrival, we were promptly greeted at the hostess stand and seated immediately. We appreciated the choice between indoor and outdoor seating, and the variety of seating options available, from semi-circle couches to large arrangements for bigger parties. Our server was attentive from the start, quickly providing us with water, drinks, and menus. After a brief look at the menu, we received a thorough rundown of the evening’s specials. The noise level was perfect, allowing for a pleasant conversation, and the open-air setting provided a comfortable breeze. For appetizers, we chose the crab dip and crab deviled eggs. While both were enjoyable, the crab deviled eggs stood out as the better of the two. I also tried a drink called “Lost in the South,” a refreshing blend of lemon and bourbon that became my favorite part of the evening. For the main course, I opted for the boardwalk fries with a crabcake, a dish labeled as an Eastern Shore Maryland specialty. It was served with tartar sauce and met my expectations with its classic flavors. To finish off the meal, we each selected different desserts. The restaurant’s take on the Maryland Smith Island cake, a cookies and cream version, was a delightful surprise and possibly even better than the traditional version. I highly recommend trying it if it’s available. Overall, The Tide Room offers a wonderful dining experience with excellent service, a comfortable atmosphere, and delicious food. It’s definitely worth a visit if you’re in Ocean City.“

We got the ‘Chill Pill’ coffee, the Regular Roast, and the fan favorite ‘Hint of Blueberry’ amongst so many delicious pastry options including GF! Authentic crab shack vibe where they just dump the crabs on the table and give you a shell bucket and roll of paper towels. Cheap prices and a friendly staff. This place is not to be missed.“

“Dumser’s definitely has a retro, throw-back feel to it. The service was very friendly, prices are reasonable, and the servings are large. However, the I’ve cream itself was a bit of a let down. The peanut butter fudge was not very flavorful, and the mint Oreo was ok. But both were pretty icy and not very creamy. Though the soft serve did look very good. With so many other options in the area, we would probably look elsewhere next time.“

“Pizza Boy has THE BEST PIZZA in Ocean City, MD!!! It also has other AMAZING FOOD too! I look forward to eating there every day during the summer when I'm there in OC. I NEVER EVER get tired of it! Breakfast, lunch and dinner! it's a great spot! The owner Rob is such a personable and friendly man! He always makes you feel like you are at home!!! His entire staff is very welcoming as well. The view of the ocean is spectacular! There is plenty of seating outside and there's indoor seating as well. “Hands down the BEST Italian meal we’ve ever had. We had Mozzarella in Carrozza, so delicious. My husband is a self-proclaimed veal snob and he said the veal Marsala was absolutely the best he’s had (and he’s had a lot fro over!) I had the Tagliatelle alla Bolognese. The pasta was clearly made fresh and cooked perfectly. The bolognese was so flavorful but not heavy. Portions are refreshingly sized appropriately and so completely satisfying. Generally we’re not dessert eaters, mostly due to being overfilled by oversized portions. Ordering dessert from Ristorante Antipasti was a forgone conclusion. I don’t know which was better, the Chocolate Lover’s cake or the Vanilla Butter Cake. Been coming to Ocean City for years and this was our first visit to this restaurant and now tops the list of favorites. Loved everything about it, atmosphere was relaxed but elegant, met the owner who was delightful and appreciative. Highly recommend!!“

As non-residents you have to find your own parking spot then you can pay at the pool to get in which gets you pool and bathroom and beach access with a waitress at the pool or the bar/restaurant super close. Alcohol drinks are available at poolside as well. Incredible service by Rachel our server. Really quite a lovely experience overall. You can’t see the ocean from the pool due to the dunes, but you can see the ocean from the bar, and it’s a short walk from the pool to the ocean.“
