“This is the best Chick-fil-A in my area! Their staff is always friendly, the food is almost always made correctly, and is fresh. And they almost always provide plenty of sauce. However, if you choose to sit inside, their tables are always clean, staff is walking around and making sure you’re having a good experience!“

“They have a great young staff here we stopped in on a busy Saturday afternoon and the service was amazingly fast. Food was hot & served almost immediately. Raising cane's on the east coast is not as good as the west but this location does it right. Playground right next door is great when you have kids“

“Visiting Newark and wanted to try something new. I ordered online the half and half of Original and Honey Garlic with some Gyoza. The picture on the menu showed the Gyoza with a dipping sauce but it didn't come with my order - I didn't notice until I got back to my place, a little disappointed.

Felt like $28 was a lot for an order, but it is essentially two orders so it was good. The chicken was good! I preferred the Honey Garlic as it was a little crispier, but both were good.

The Gyoza was good too, would have been better with the dipping sauce and some chili oil.“

When I went to pay, she remarkably told me she would take care of it herself. That level of selflessness is so rare; she didn’t just provide 'service,' she showed genuine human compassion. “Good , but recently I saw a team member bringing a fork to a customer , but n his way he dropped the fork ,pick it up and gave it to the customer.(cross contamination) A manager was behind him but i don’t think he was aware of it . Excellent service fast and nice people ,quiality is good 👍“

“It's just another 5 guys. Nothing special, if anything, it's a buit of a pain getting in and out of the parking lot because Chick-fil-A across the way is always packed and always blocking traffic in and out the parking lot. It's nice this location has mobile ordering and is usually ready in 10 mins or so so you can spend as little time there before traffic gets crazy.“

“I always come to Sunset Deli but this particular day I ordered a Turkey sub and it was soooo good. Not that I was surprised but I called the next morning to give my hats off to the chef. “I’ve been coming to Kampo Garden on greenback Road for many many years. This is hands-down my favorite place for Chinese food. The owners are amazing. I think they may have changed hands over the years, but the owners now are amazing. They’ve been there for quite a while. The only reason that I gave 3 Stars for atmosphere is because it’s pretty much a takeout place and not a dine in place. I love it.“

“The service at this location is always great. They are very friendly and courteous. This last time I went though the amount of fries received was definitely lacking. Usually the put a scoop into the bag which didn't happen and the cup wasn't full. For the amount I paid for fries expected and have received more. I thought maybe the policy had changed but when I went to lunch at the location near Univ of Delaware, they did it like they always do. Maybe they were running out of fries that day. This is still my go to Five Guys primarily because of the staff.“

“We've been here many times, and almost never have they gotten the order right. This last the they didn't understand what I said over the speaker and tacked an extra burger onto the order. Because the order doesn't appear up on the board, it wasn't obvious until the food showed up. Mistakes are typical there, not sure if other Sonics have the same problem.“

“I go to this burger king on Saturday and Sunday mornings before work. The food is good (they will literally let you have it your way, except for free 🤣 let's be real). The facilities are clean and presentable. The most important part of this review is the SERVICE. The staff is professional and friendly (which is unheard of nowadays)!! They actually listen when taking your order and prepare your food the way you asked for it!!!! Orders are accurate and nothing is missing, even if you use the drive through! Yes, I know! “I’ve frequented this location due to the consistency of food quality, especially with the tenders. At the other surrounding locations, the tenders tend to be dry but at this one, no matter the time of day I’ve come they’ve always been juicy, full of meat and fresh-tasting. Please keep it up!“

“I could have not asked for a better team today (8/9/25) at this location. Currently on a bus tour when our tour guide decided this was the place to stop. Dropping 50 plus people on a group of 4 employees. But let me tell ya, you never would have known that there was only 4 employees here. They took charge with a positive attitude and produced 50 plus subs in no time!!! The young lady was memorizing orders while the gentleman were all working in tandem. Needless to say, I am impressed and I am writing this to say those 4 employees need a raise. They took what could have been a less than fortunate situation and maybe it an absolute spectacular show of peak team work performance.“

“What's the point of going here. Go in to order and they person taking orders cannot understand English. Repeatedly said the lemonade I wanted and the person looked at me like I was speaking gibberish. Manager just standing there watching the situation unfold without helping her cashier. Never even got to taste the new lemonade go figure. Just avoid them and go elsewhere. Plenty of McDonald's and others around to pick up the slack. Thanks to the district and regional managers allowing the general manager to run this location without a bit of organization and leadership.“

“Just want to give a shout out to one of your employees, Cole. He was cleaning the women's restroom, and while there was a line, I was very appreciative. Then he came outside and emptied the recycle and trash bins. Then he cleaned up the sidewalks all around the store. The speaker system seems outdated—you can barely hear the voice, and between road noise and the nearby airport it gets even harder to communicate. If they want more English speakers to take orders, want their orders correct because some cashier was all alone busy with other orders, greedy enough for fresh fries? Then maybe they should stop complaining and should apply for themselves. The employees get taken advantage by doing the correct orders and others claim they still “did it wrong” as if the employees were their children. If customers don’t want to return, it’ll be perfect and help this store remain for friendlier customers only instead of the pickiest most rudest customers this place has ever seen.“

“As a mom of 5 I come to this location regularly when out and about with the kids. The renovation last year improved the atmosphere and the location has maintained cleanliness and service. This location if one of the few that still has a play area so it continues to be a favorite. I'm happy the snack wraps are back currently and hope the salads come back too.“

“Pizza it always makes great pizza. But some stuff at this location could be improved. I ordered onions on my pepperoni lovers pizza and they didn't put them on, but I did notice it was officially on the.Receipt. i didn't get charged extra, .So I didn't care. It was too late to add onions. EVen though there is a door with restroom symbols on it right there in the customer area, they say it is not open to the public. Maybe they should just remove that sign and only the employees know what's really behind that door instead of teasing the customers into thinking that they might actually be able to use a restroom there.“
