“Newtown is a historic, colonial town, and is very quaint and charming. Within, the Mercury Cafe is a gym with delicious comfort food and great coffee. While it’s vegetarian, many of the dishes can be prepared vegan. The BBQ pulled oats sandwich, pastrami panini, grilled cheese and tomato soup were all so good and comforting. Definitely worth stopping by if you’re in the area!“

“First time here. Good food and service! Only 'ding' is alcoholic drinks were weak and, the vanilla gelato did not taste like it but more likely ice cream. Gelato is creamier than ice cream. And it was not a scoop but more like 2 tablespoons. For $3, would expect a little more 'gelato'. Overall, good experience and would try again.“

“PENNSVILLE: perched along the banks of the Delaware River, The Shipyard is a seasonal destination that blends an indoor-outdoor vibe with unbeatable views of the river, the Delaware shoreline, and the Delaware Memorial bridge. This lively spot offers a bar, two dining options, lawn games, a sandy beach area, and plenty of space to relax.
Leashed and friendly pups are welcome to join you for a beer garden–style experience. Choose your setting: inside the bar with the garage doors rolled open and the breeze drifting through, gathered around outdoor firepits, or lounging on driftwood at the beach. However you spend it, it is a one-of-a-kind way to enjoy the day. The indoor space even has mister fans to stay cool.
The welcoming staff add to the charm, and locals say the sunsets here are nothing short of spectacular. Afterward, take a stroll along the walking path at Riverview Beach Park. Fun fact: The state of Delaware actually controls the Delaware River in this area! Who knew? Dip your paw in the water and you are in Delaware!“
“Our first visit will def be back!!! Chilli was amazing. I asked for something not on the menu a Turkey Special. They had a CornBeef special on the menu. It was the most delicious Turkey special ever. The coleslaw was amazing, the turkey was fresh Turkey ,the bread so fresh !!!! Our waitress was so sweet and accommodating. Can’t wait to go back !!!“

“Kelly’s Logan House is hands down one of the best spots in Wilmington. The food is great, especially the wings — they’re honestly incredible, some of the best I’ve had anywhere. The rest of the menu is solid too, with plenty of good options beyond typical bar food.
What really makes it stand out is the late-night scene. Whether it’s live music, DJs, or just the energy of the crowd, it’s always a fun vibe without feeling overwhelming. It’s the perfect mix of lively and laid-back.
I also really appreciate that it feels safe. The staff do a good job of keeping things comfortable, and it’s the kind of place you can go with friends and just enjoy yourself without worry.
If you’re in Wilmington and looking for good food, great wings, and a fun night out, Kelly’s Logan House is a must.“

My best friend & I came here to celebrate him getting a new job, she over heard our convo & gave us celebratory champagne for the cause. The food was amazing & such a fun dining experience! “While spending and afternoon shopping my husband and I decided to stop for a lunch break at Nordstrom Grille. Our crab bisque was phenomenal, the lunch plates were so flavorful and to top it off we shared a lemon ricotta cookie that was absolutely delicious. I would recommend others to stop in and dine. It was filling and enjoyable.“

“Clean restaurant with fast service and delicious food! I have a severe food allergy which makes it hard to eat at most restaurants. However, they were very accommodating and we had the best server, Amanda, who made sure I was completely comfortable and taken care of. She was so kind, fast to answer my questions, and very knowledgeable. I definitely recommend eating here during your stay and be sure to request Amanda ☺️“

“I’ve been going here for about two years now and this is my of my favorite restaurants in the area. The Baja Shrimp tacos have this amazing sauce that makes the meal so so good. And the burros have such a good sauce too. I also love their fries, they’re so unique with them being so thin. The service here is also great. You get sat quickly, your server comes over fast, and your food comes out fast. The other night I had this server Dana who was so sweet and we had a nice conversation. It was great because I was dining alone so I was happy to have someone to talk to. And she recommended the pastelitos and they were delicious. Highly recommend!!!“

“My sister and Fiancé usually go Suite 4 Eleven for date night. One particular Saturday she asked me to go with them so they could see if this would be a great place to hold their after party for the wedding. Needless to say we will be booking a section in September for after the wedding. This is our new hangout spot. The DJ,food,hookah and professionalism of the staff is what absolutely sold it for us!“

“the food and drinks were incredible but the staff was even better. I had lost or had my wallet stolen last night and the staff there took time out of their shift to get on their hands and knees and help me look. the manager was very helpful and pulled the camera footage quickly and we went through it together.
