“Went into IHOP today after work, was sat down almost immediately. Waited about 2 minutes looking at the menu before the servers Fatima and her trainee Ijee, both super sweet and helped me figure out what option worked best with what I was in the mood for. She had a bright smile and was always available to ask questions and even switched out my strawberry lemonade for something different when it was too sweet, and her trainee Ijee was always soaking in information and looked like he was genuinely happy to be there. I will definitely be coming again!!!

Hostess not so much , miserable and barely spoke . Not one smile , don’t understand how this individual is the greeter /hostess . She was not friendly or welcoming . Set the tone for the rest of the time there . Should hire someone who actually likes their job and wants to be there with a smile to greet .“

I know what it is like to be open 24hrs. I know what it is like to wrk 3rd shift and not have a chance to clean up parking lot because you are busy all night. Parking lot just looked dirty. Parking lot had some trash around the place but for what is worth...... the food made it 10times better!“
