The customer service by the tall hairline guy with glasses was phenominal; he had helped me expertly through the creation menu with perfect details and a friendly and demeanor, wish I knew his name. He was eager to service me and extremely helpful. All aside, I was expecting more than 1-2 oz of meat with a disproportionate ratio of rice in the platter even though all I ordered was rice, lamb and some sauce. They will make it right in front of you so make sure you get a fair amount of meat because I did not, point being that is matters to cursomter. All love, DR“

“Good , but recently I saw a team member bringing a fork to a customer , but n his way he dropped the fork ,pick it up and gave it to the customer.(cross contamination) A manager was behind him but i don’t think he was aware of it . Excellent service fast and nice people ,quiality is good 👍“

Joe, Bryan, and Drew were spot-on with friendly service and quick delivery that made the meal even better. And it’s clear that great leadership is behind the scenes—Ryan Cassell is doing an excellent job managing this location. “This is the best Chick-fil-A. it's the typical salty Chick-fil-A food that should be enjoyed in moderation, of course, but this particular location has really great service. The lobby is pretty large, and the play place really gives you an option for a fun place to take your little ones. They have this place well-staffed on all shifts, and there are usually workers floating around the lobby making sure the customers have everything they need. This kind of service is getting rare at many fast food establishments. There is never a huge wait here, and if they forget something, there is usually someone nearby you can flag down to fix it quickly. So many other fast food chains are really suffering and the experience has
tanked in quality because there just aren't enough adequately trained people on any given shift to take your order, make and serve your food *and* keep the place clean and the drink, condiments, and supplies stocked and operational. This place is always busy, and it's because people can rely on good service.

Kid-friendliness: They have family nights with games, activities, and promos where they partner with other businesses and organizations. The cow comes out to pose for pictures with the kids too. The play place is always helpful for younger kids to make friends and have some fun.“

“This is the 2nd time that we've recently ordered from this location, and I must say that I am very impressed. We ordered our food from within the app while sitting in the parking lot a little after the dinner rush. Right after finalizing the order (the app is pretty average in terms of user friendliness), we headed right to the drive-thru which wasn't busy at all. We gave our name to the speaker, and was immediately told to pull ahead and that they just received our order. We thought it would take a little while, so we figured they would have us pull into a parking spot while waiting, but lo and behold they had our order ready to go in less than 5 minutes.
On top of the speed and courteousness from the staff, the food was still nice and hot when we got home and was perfectly the way we ordered it. Would definitely recommend this Taco Bell to anyone looking for great food at a fast place.“

“I was here on April the 8th, ordered food, and while waiting gun shots rang out!!! We evacuated, and I never received my food, and forgot about it!!!! I came back, explained to Ms. Maya showed her my order on my app, and without question nor hesitation, made my order over and honored my word!!! And this was a while after it happened!!! “I could have not asked for a better team today (8/9/25) at this location. Currently on a bus tour when our tour guide decided this was the place to stop. Dropping 50 plus people on a group of 4 employees. But let me tell ya, you never would have known that there was only 4 employees here. They took charge with a positive attitude and produced 50 plus subs in no time!!! The young lady was memorizing orders while the gentleman were all working in tandem. Needless to say, I am impressed and I am writing this to say those 4 employees need a raise. They took what could have been a less than fortunate situation and maybe it an absolute spectacular show of peak team work performance.“

They were obviously short staffed and the AC inside the restaurant was broken. Despite that challenging obstacle in 90 degree weather, that did not stop them from working hard and diligently! They were all so friendly and worked well together. Please fix the AC and keep up the great work!!“

“It was not what I thought. They do have everything I expected except beer lol. I thought all royal farms sold alcohol, but I was wrong. Of your hungry or have to use the bathroom stop in.. The only thing I did not like was the service. It took awhile for them to get to the front to serve me. But still 5 star in my books. I was just passing by and had to use the bathroom.“
