McDonald's in Newark

“Zero stars for the very tall pm manager.
I usually go here before 2:00pm. Morning shift manager and crew is awesome. Friendly and a hustler to get stuff done. Now let’s talk about today 7/20. Counter is busy. People tripping over each other in the back for drive through. One guy on the counter is taking orders and putting them together. I had to ask a question about the app and when the very tall dark hair manager walk near, I asked her my question bc I unknowingly hit a button that gave me a rewards code not a pick up code. After I asked her how to fix it, she looked at me like I had six heads. I had to bite my tongue.

5 star for am shift- This is from 2 months before today visits. The employees are great. Food is quick and hot. Very well run McDonalds all the way.“

“McDonald's is McDonald's; there's not a lot of surprises here food-wise. For this particular one, it's important to concentrate on the location and the speed at which they get the food to you, both of which are excellent. Getting off I-95 at the 896 exit puts you here within a minute. I've only ever had 2 cars in front of me in the drive-thru queue at most, and they have ample parking spots for folks to pull into if you have to wait for the food. If that's the case (waiting), be warned that the food will be hotter than the surface of the sun lol. This location is def our go-to if we need a quick pull off for a cheaper meal.“
