Chick-fil-A in Jacksonville

“Standard Chick Fil A. :) Good food, good service, good timing on order. Why leave a review then? We have other fast food locations around us that could do like most of their locations do to but they DON'T! LOL..... They keep a good name and service going here. :) ....except on Sunday. LOL“

“The chick-fil-a in the town center is amazing the manager Jeff, is the most kindest person. Me and my cousin went there for lunch and her birthday. The staff greeted us as if we been knowing each other forever. They wished my cousin happy birthday and give both of us a free meal. Jeff the manager did. We was very thankful. Thank you much Jeff and also to your wonderful staff.“

“I came there with my family today and went home without my purse. I came back and was so nervous and scared. I asked a young girl who worked there if she had seen my purse and luckily she said yes. She is really a beautiful young girl. All of girls was really nice. I am appreciate for doing for me. Thank you so much you all.“

“First time ever going to this one by Cinemark theaters on Atlantic blvd and Kernan blvd. Its only drive thru and walk up take out. I never knew that. There's plenty of room for a dine in restaurant... my boys were kinda looking forward to the kids play area so we were a little bit disappointed but everything else was great!“

“I grabbed lunch here the other day and it was pretty good overall. The line moved fast and the staff were friendly without making a big deal out of it. My burger was hot and the fries were crispy, maybe a little salty but still tasty. The place looked clean enough and I found a table easy. Prices felt fair for what you get, nothing crazy. I wouldn’t say it changed my life lol, but if you’re hungry and want something quick this spot does the job nicely. I’ll probably come back when I’m in the area again.“

“Patricia who was working the dining room is one of the best chick fila workers I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. Dining room stayed clean and she was consistently asking if anyone needed anything. She is amazing and chick fila is lucky to have e her on their team.“

“I went through the drive through and I was pleasantly surprised when Alex asked me if he could scan the app so that I could get rewards in the drive through. I felt like this was above and beyond service which is why I love coming to chick fil a!“

“No indoor dining room?!? I hope Chick-fil-A isn’t heading in this direction. That would really hinder us from eating here as a family, which we so love to do.

*Update* I initially gave this Chick-fil-A a 1 star review because I felt so negatively passionate about the corporation adopting more drive thru branches with no indoor seating. BUT… that was unfair to this franchise because the food and service were exceptional! They were handing out free lemonade samples in the heat of the day (even allowing my daughter to go back for more), and had such a welcoming spirit of joy and enthusiasm. So thank you for continuing to provide the highest quality service and excellent food!“

“Nick is absolutely unbelievable. I go here for lunch a few times a month because my office is so close, the food is on point. Every time I go and Nick is there I know that service is going to also be on point. He is always so friendly, conversational, and respectful. Kudos to him, as my day is made when I go to lunch at this location and he is working. Thanks again as always!“

“The food was hot and fresh as always. Leandra was in the lobby while we were eating. She made us feel so welcomed. Through conversation, she learned I like spicy foods. Very shortly she came back out with a sweet and spicy Sriracha sauce for me to try. It was a great recommendation. Leandra was the highlight of our visit.“

I came in to get a bite on a particularly bad day but I don’t go to UNF, he took the time to show me exactly where it was, show me where to park, and then took my order personally and quickly. “I went to Chick-fil-A with my boyfriend after we were out and got hungry. The place was super clean and the staff were really nice when we ordered. The food came out fast and the chicken tasted really good, especially the sandwich and fries. It just felt a bit pricey for fast food. Overall it was a chill and decent experience with him.“

“I did drive thru this morning and the young lady that took my order was super nice think her name was Jayden... Then the laughs began when Ms Valarie came over .. What a kind spirit she has ... we laughed and she joked ,if I had time I could have sat and talked with her for the morning .. Have a great day ..“

“I love this location, and service is usually quick, except at the late dinner hour on Saturday, the drive thru gets really backed up. Not a biggie, except when ordering and this is the 2nd time this has happened in the past few months, the tomatoes are missing on my salad. I don't know if someone just forgot them in the assembly line, or if they were out of tomatoes, but it's disappointing when it's part of an order. I still think overall this is one of the better chick-fil-a's and hopefully there wont ever be a third time.“
