Chick-fil-A in Jacksonville

“Standard Chick Fil A. :) Good food, good service, good timing on order. Why leave a review then? We have other fast food locations around us that could do like most of their locations do to but they DON'T! LOL..... They keep a good name and service going here. :) ....except on Sunday. LOL“

“I want to tell everyone about how wonderful the employee at this chick fil a was. Winter went above and beyond for everyone in there. We came in for a quick meal and ended up getting the best service ever. She interacted with the children, she cleaned the table, she made sure we had condiments that we wanted, she was very attentive to all of our once and needs. From the moment we walked in everyone greeted us, helped us out, and I just really want to send a big shout out to the team at this Chick-fil-A and let management know that winter is absolutely amazing. My son had a awesome kids meal with the mac & cheese and the fried chicken nuggets and a Sprite while my daughter had an adult meal of a grilled chicken sandwich with pickles and the waffle fries with a Coke. And I had my favorite the spicy deluxe chicken sandwich with the waffle fries and of course, Chick-fil-A sauce on the side. I would definitely come back here and would recommend this place to anyone.“

“I mean, if it’s not Sunday you just can’t beat it. It’s the best in shoe for it’s category easy! If it is Sunday just grab some coffee, a pillow, tap your Spotify fav and hunker down to be first in line Monday morning.“

“It's our first time dine in Chick-fil-A at south Mandarin. Food is always as expected.
I was really really impressive of the service by the crew member of the teens. The management there is amazing. I felt I wanted to leave tip for the first time at a fast food restaurant. They even put fresh flower on table today.“

“First time ever going to this one by Cinemark theaters on Atlantic blvd and Kernan blvd. Its only drive thru and walk up take out. I never knew that. There's plenty of room for a dine in restaurant... my boys were kinda looking forward to the kids play area so we were a little bit disappointed but everything else was great!“

“I grabbed lunch here the other day and it was pretty good overall. The line moved fast and the staff were friendly without making a big deal out of it. My burger was hot and the fries were crispy, maybe a little salty but still tasty. The place looked clean enough and I found a table easy. Prices felt fair for what you get, nothing crazy. I wouldn’t say it changed my life lol, but if you’re hungry and want something quick this spot does the job nicely. I’ll probably come back when I’m in the area again.“

“I went through the drive through and I was pleasantly surprised when Alex asked me if he could scan the app so that I could get rewards in the drive through. I felt like this was above and beyond service which is why I love coming to chick fil a!“

“I always keep forgetting to give I believe his name is Martial ?? A huge shoutout. Every time we go through the drive through or when he’s at the window he always has amazing customer service, not just to me but to my kids too. I hope he gets recognized for his amazing skills. “No indoor dining room?!? I hope Chick-fil-A isn’t heading in this direction. That would really hinder us from eating here as a family, which we so love to do.

*Update* I initially gave this Chick-fil-A a 1 star review because I felt so negatively passionate about the corporation adopting more drive thru branches with no indoor seating. BUT… that was unfair to this franchise because the food and service were exceptional! They were handing out free lemonade samples in the heat of the day (even allowing my daughter to go back for more), and had such a welcoming spirit of joy and enthusiasm. So thank you for continuing to provide the highest quality service and excellent food!“

“Nick is absolutely unbelievable. I go here for lunch a few times a month because my office is so close, the food is on point. Every time I go and Nick is there I know that service is going to also be on point. He is always so friendly, conversational, and respectful. Kudos to him, as my day is made when I go to lunch at this location and he is working. Thanks again as always!“

“The food was hot and fresh as always. Leandra was in the lobby while we were eating. She made us feel so welcomed. Through conversation, she learned I like spicy foods. Very shortly she came back out with a sweet and spicy Sriracha sauce for me to try. It was a great recommendation. Leandra was the highlight of our visit.“

I came in to get a bite on a particularly bad day but I don’t go to UNF, he took the time to show me exactly where it was, show me where to park, and then took my order personally and quickly. “I went to Chick-fil-A with my boyfriend after we were out and got hungry. The place was super clean and the staff were really nice when we ordered. The food came out fast and the chicken tasted really good, especially the sandwich and fries. It just felt a bit pricey for fast food. Overall it was a chill and decent experience with him.“

“I did drive thru this morning and the young lady that took my order was super nice think her name was Jayden... Then the laughs began when Ms Valarie came over .. What a kind spirit she has ... we laughed and she joked ,if I had time I could have sat and talked with her for the morning .. Have a great day ..“

“amir was awesome. they food was amazing as usual. nuggets are the best ive ever had. cobb salad was 👌🤌🫰. when I went up for a refill and extra bbq sauce, amir immediately helped me out. very kind and probly the best dressed one here. 10/10 experience.“
