“We had a group of about 25 people o. Saturday, and the food and service were both top notch. Wiam and Raed jumped in with their crew, and took such good care of our huge group. The food was amazing, and most of us had never been there before, but all said we would be back. We can't thank them enough for hosting us!“

“Matt (our server) was absolutely awesome tonight at our grandmother’s birthday dinner. We had a very large party (and split checks), with A LOT of kids and he handled it like a pro. Very impressed with our visit, the food came out quick, refills were taken care of in a timely fashion, even though a few mistakes were made, with a party our size, Matt predominantly handled the service, and he did a great job! “I truly enjoyed my first time at any of Tibits' locations. I had a 1/2 Ruben with Chicken, Rice, and Sausage Gumbo combo. I was very impressed with the Chicken, Rice, and Sausage Gumbo. Only problem I've had was one time the older man waiter with heavy accent chased me and my son to the door saying you have to pay causing a scene embarrassing us because he didnt look at the table to see we left cash. Parking: Parking is great because it’s a great big shopping area. You can always park right in front of it and go pick up your food or stay there and eat.“

“Good late night meal…I ordered the honey chicken wings with shrimp fried rice. The sauce was placed on the side instead of on the chicken but that was ok because the chicken was really good and crunchy by itself. The rice was good and gets an extra star cause it’s brown fried rice. Food cooked to order and the girl at the window was pleasant. Would I come here again? Yes!“

“The serving size was very large and on that front it is a good bang for your buck. However, the quality of the chicken was par at best, it included many tiny bites of chicken that was borderline just fried breading which then makes you question the rest of it ( any general tso connoisseur knows what I am talking about). I would probably try out a few of the other Chinese restaurants in the area before going back here. The service was kind and excellent.“

“I eat in Panera almost every day, since due to my work I move around all over the US. This has been my best experience in terms of food in a Panera. The sandwich was very well made with the right amount of ingredients and the salad had plenty of dressing. It's insane how often I'm disappointed eating in other Paneras. I'm definitely saving this one for next time I come to Florida.“

She barely greeted customers, including myself, and it felt as if she was not interested in providing the friendly service that Panera is known for. It was disappointing to experience such a lack of courtesy, especially in a place that prides itself on creating a welcoming environment. I believe that treating customers with kindness and respect is essential in the service industry, and I hope this experience was just an isolated incident.“

“The staff here was attentive, I arrived later in the evening and ordered at the kiosk to make my presence easier on the staff, and the food was done promptly. Unfortunately, I didn't check the bag before leaving the restaurant ? I always check the bag.

I checked the bag when I got home realizing one item was missing from my order, I was worried I would be forced to drive back, and I was too tired for all that. I am 100% understanding when it comes to mistakes ? we all make them.

I called the location, explained the situation, and he offered a refund right there over the phone!! Other restaurants not offering this option, I was very satisfied with the service I received, and I got my money back on my card within a few days!“

“In the measure of any vendor from my 41 years of sales experience is how they fix a problem. I had a take out order from Panera and found it was incorrect. Even, the manager took it upon himself to replace the order and “Door Dash” it to our home, all at his cost. That’s the true measure of a good vendor when something goes wrong. Thank you Even! “I felt icky eating in here. This crew needs some serious deep cleaning days. I always thought there were “daily detail” jobs (or there were when I worked for Panera!) but the ledges are super dusty, as are the lamp shades, the booths need a serious wipe down, and the carpets under the tables need to be scrubbed or replaced (or at least vacuumed/swept better.) The tables that looked clean all had crumbs and sticky stuff on them (hard to see with the wood grain pattern.) Love the food at Panera, but this one was pretty gross for being one of the newer ones in town.“
