“We had a group of about 25 people o. Saturday, and the food and service were both top notch. Wiam and Raed jumped in with their crew, and took such good care of our huge group. The food was amazing, and most of us had never been there before, but all said we would be back. We can't thank them enough for hosting us!“

“So let me tell you. I love their sushi. Good food. Great price. Always good service. Now a beef. I used to eat there twice a month. They give you fried Oreo for desert. Complements of the house. But when I order pick up guess what. They wanted to charge $6 for something they give me free. Used to be a regular and hate to even say something negative but that’s just not right.“

“The only reason I’m leaving a 4 star review is for the manager who couldn’t mind her business, I would leave 5 for my server I had tonight Tanner , he was super attentive and very sweet to my husband and I . I would leave less stars for the management or whoever the lady was who called him out for getting me a fresh salad to go , I bought never ending soup and salad , and my husbands entree came with a salad , I only had 1 soup and my husband and I shared two bowls of salad which we wanted to take the second one home but Tanner offered to give us a fresh salad because it would’ve gotten soggy which is great customer service and sweet of him. The lady called him out (probably a manager) in a super rude way, loud enough for the whole section to hear, saying “you’re not supposed to be giving out free salad” This is multi billion dollar company and you’re telling me Tanner couldn’t give us a to-go salad when I just spent $65? I hope she learns to treat the staff better. Do better manager. Darden do better.“

“I truly enjoyed my first time at any of Tibits' locations. I had a 1/2 Ruben with Chicken, Rice, and Sausage Gumbo combo. I was very impressed with the Chicken, Rice, and Sausage Gumbo. By the way, the weather was cold and rainy, I couldn't had a better lunch on a day like this. Thank you Jam and Regina for such wonderful service!!!! Definitely coming back to try the next combo😋“

“We came for our sisters 16th birthday and they did an amazing job setting a table to the side and making it a memory. They pieced together cake slices and really made the night wonderful. Chad was exceptional and definitely set the atmosphere.“

“We had the best food at this Olive garden. Better than any other Olive garden my wife had. The gnocchi soup had more gnocchi in it than she's ever had. Thicker and creamier I had pasta for y'all or however you said and there's just tons of meat in that in it it was outstanding“

“This is definitely a top 5 Chinese place for me in terms of food. The lo mein was soft and had all the Oriental flavors you would hope for. The general tso chicken had the perfect amount of sauce and tasted like a grandma's fresh spice cabinet.

Why am I not giving this five stars? Well, it comes down to two things.

First overall, the lady at the register. Initially, I thought she was rude but eventually got the sense of a stifling ego.

Yes, I get it. You may have the best Chinese food in Jacksonville. However, that is not an excuse to be flamingly arrogant.

Despite the exceptional quality, the food was still overpriced. $25 for both a general tso chicken combo and quart of lo mein is a bit much.

I will still go next time I go to Jacksonville. The food is way too good to deny.

However, I can see why the lady's attitude and food prices would deter prospective customers.“

“Typical Panera bread, food was good, all the ingredients were fresh as Panera usually is! I was a little surprised that they didn't have hard boiled eggs which I usually get but it was still good regardless. I also got a bowl of chili through the app and it was ready literally in under a minute from the time I ordered it. I would definitely recommend this location for fast fresh good food.“

“I can’t say enough that obedience is better than sacrifice. I came to Panera and didn’t realize that my baby didn’t put my debit card back in my purse from the night before when he went to Home Depot for me. I had already ordered and was frantically looking for my card as I stepped to the side in the line. Jazmyn, without flinching said I got you. I’m going to bless you today. I was like what! Then I remembered a conversation that I had with God on the way there. I told her, thank you. This is something that I would do. So I sat down still looking through my purse for my card. After verifying that he didn’t put the card back, I was leaving and I asked to speak to Jazmyn. I explained to her that her act of kindness was God explaining to me that His voice will be heard and His hugs will be felt by his children. I explained what all had happened already that morning and how I wound up to her Panera. We hugged and cried while rejoicing. When I left there, I found my son dropped my card in my car. I went to get gas and a young lady asked if I had any change. I told her that someone helped me this morning and I was going to help her too. I let her know that no matter how she got in that condition, what happened and what didn’t happen doesn’t matter. All that matters is God has not forgotten about her nor me and she doesn’t have to stay there. I asked if she minded if I give her a hug. We hugged and I saw love in action on a morning when I almost let the enemy play with my peace. Thank you Jazmyn for being so kind and being a vessel for God. It’s normal to take on God’s character. Anything else is what’s abnormal 🙏🏽🫶🏽

“The staff here was attentive, I arrived later in the evening and ordered at the kiosk to make my presence easier on the staff, and the food was done promptly. Unfortunately, I didn't check the bag before leaving the restaurant ? I always check the bag.

I checked the bag when I got home realizing one item was missing from my order, I was worried I would be forced to drive back, and I was too tired for all that. I am 100% understanding when it comes to mistakes ? we all make them.

I called the location, explained the situation, and he offered a refund right there over the phone!! Other restaurants not offering this option, I was very satisfied with the service I received, and I got my money back on my card within a few days!“
