“My daughter and I visited this Subway for the first time yesterday and had an excellent experience. The woman who worked there, Josie, was very welcoming, a great salesperson, extremely personable, and ran the store all by herself. She offered us a sample of the aioli and spoke highly of various menu items she liked as we were deciding what to order. “So my wonderful son had a great experience at this Monument location as he was determined to get my subway after the awful last subway place kept my sandwich when they couldn't take a $20 cash payment. It was fresh and tasty and no employee attitudes except helpful!

“Be careful ordering online at subway not just this location but all of them. You can pay, and it not actually show up at the location you ordered from. You can then show them your receipt on your phone and the fact that the bank has released funds to the establishment and they will still say that you haven’t ordered. They will refuse service even with all of the evidence. Then have an attitude with you because of a mistake in their system. We had to reorder and spend twice the amount to fix the mistake on their end. The male Hispanic descent worker handled the interaction in a professional manner. The female Hispanic descent worker was horrible. Did not want to fix the situation, kept an attitude, and kept escalating the situation.“

“I was totally not pumped about putting Subway in my gps to find that the closest location to me was inside an Orthopedics office, BUT WAS IT WORTH getting over the funkiness of my brain’s finickiness of what I want to do and don’t want to do. “My hubby and I went in around 9am on 4/15/2023. Had some coupons in mail so we decided to try. Was greeted before and after. Place was clean. Nice gentlemen there and a nice lady help us. The lady was very helpful with suggesting on my husband's sandwhich. They do use sub coupons. They do have a breakfast menu near bottom right on there menus. Bought a 6 inch wheat bread with 2 eggs and veggies toasted. Now the eggs might not be for everyone but for me it hit the spot. Husband got a steak, egg and cheese with veggies on wheat bread toasted. Deliciously made & satisfied. Now the tea though could of been better, it tasted a bit off.They have a men's & women's 1 stall each restrooms in back.“

“Ordered online. 2 footlongs, and a churro. Went to pick up, and it was just 2 footlongs. They forgot the churro. Luckily I checked before leaving. Employee said he forgot his glasses. Something we don't want to hear is that a cook forgot their glasses. ?. Luckily food came out alright. While we were waiting in the store, some of the signs in the store were not mounted properly. The decor needed to be cleaned. I havebt been in a subway in over 7 years. But it doesn't seem like they got better.“

“The Asst. Mgr., TiTi, and one of her employees, Torres, do an AWESOME JOB at this location! They have made mine and my daughter's sandwiches EXACTLY how we wanted them both times that we've been here and did it with a GREAT ATTITUDE!
So far, they've had ALL of the toppings that we like on our sandwiches, and all of the drinks in the soda machine were working, unlike some of the other Subways that we've been to lately. In addition, the vegetables have been fresh. This is definitely our new go-to location when we go to lunch.
