“I wanted to take a second to highlight an associate at this location - Josh. Everytime I have ever gone in he has had a giant smile on his face and been the most helpful associate. I recently heard him make a comment to another customer in passing that people didn't appreciate his smile/attitude. I wanted to make sure he knew that some people do - and he should be recognized for his consistently great service! !“

“Stopped here today to grab some subs on the way to the beach. Dre did an excellent job building our sandwiches and taking care to wrap the footlong separately for our kids. I appreciate his kindness and attention to detail. He looked to be the only one working but he didn’t rush our order as more people came in behind us.“

Vegetarian options: This is a sub shop. They have many options to choose from, including a vegetarian sub which has no meat products whatsoever. Multiple different fresh breads to choose from, as well as pita, or wrap.

Parking: This subway is located inside the gas station

Kid-friendliness: It's a gas station, not a very good choice to bring children there as there isn't anywhere really to sit“

“Honestly one of the best Subways I’ve been to since moving to Florida, and definitely the best in Jacksonville. The store was incredibly clean, and even though they were busy and only had one employee he was incredibly efficient and friendly, and these were easily the most well-made sandwiches I’ve had. We will be back often.“

“Decided to give this place another try because they had a banner reading "Under New Management". I was shocked to see the overall improvement in this store.
The new Manager is Subway Pro for real. She is very by the book, no nonsense and super fast but apparently she was brought in from another state to clean the store up(Subway Pro for real).

“My daughter and I visited this Subway for the first time yesterday and had an excellent experience. The woman who worked there, Josie, was very welcoming, a great salesperson, extremely personable, and ran the store all by herself. She offered us a sample of the aioli and spoke highly of various menu items she liked as we were deciding what to order. This location was not crowded like the other Subways we usually visit, and we didn’t feel rushed. I will definitely return to this particular location in the future!! ?“

“maybe if you guys treated service workers with respect, they’d make your food with respect. This is by far the best subway sandwich I’ve ever ever had. Definitely made with love not much communication but other than getting to the order and getting me out as soon as possible cookies were soft. Sub was absolutely delicious. “Food is good. Some of the staff leave much to be desired. One worker especially acts like everything is an imposition, I.e xtra mayo or adding points to your card. If I wasn't with my 80 yo mother who wanted a sub I would have walked out after the second huff from this employee.“

“Relative to Subway, this place is everything it needs to be. The veggie sub was fresh and tasted good, and everything was made correctly. I was very pleasantly surprised! The workers were overall very passive, which worked well, because we just stopped in briefly to eat.
The food was made fast, and we ordered ahead, so we were unsure of what they would do. The location was clean enough and safe enough to eat in. I would stop here again, for Subway.“

“So my wonderful son had a great experience at this Monument location as he was determined to get my subway after the awful last subway place kept my sandwich when they couldn't take a $20 cash payment. It was fresh and tasty and no employee attitudes except helpful!

“Be careful ordering online at subway not just this location but all of them. You can pay, and it not actually show up at the location you ordered from. You can then show them your receipt on your phone and the fact that the bank has released funds to the establishment and they will still say that you haven’t ordered. They will refuse service even with all of the evidence. Then have an attitude with you because of a mistake in their system. We had to reorder and spend twice the amount to fix the mistake on their end. The male Hispanic descent worker handled the interaction in a professional manner. The female Hispanic descent worker was horrible. Did not want to fix the situation, kept an attitude, and kept escalating the situation.“

“I am canadian visiting the town of Jacksonville. The staff working (Carlos) was extremely kind and welcoming to my family and provised excelent service. Food was delicious! Thanks for the great American subway experience. I will be returning.“

“My mom and I visited this location today. The staff was courteous and personable and the dining area was spotless! “Stopped in for a turkey Italian sub and was disappointed since this store does it differently than any subway I go to anywhere. But Wonyetta had great customer service and did her best to make my experience here a good one, she needs a raise. But there should still be Italian dressing for this sub or salad. There was another employee there but wasn't really helping but arguing with a Walmart employee in front of customers so there was a lil wait but it was worth it.“

“This is the best subway you can go too. The cookies are always fresh and the sandwich artist listens when you tell them exactly how you like your sandwich. This is the only place I get my veggie delight and will continue to get my sandwiches from. They are inside of the gas station which is really convenient when I need gas or a drink. “I was totally not pumped about putting Subway in my gps to find that the closest location to me was inside an Orthopedics office, BUT WAS IT WORTH getting over the funkiness of my brain’s finickiness of what I want to do and don’t want to do. SUPER clean(even down to the food bar they pull from to make your sandwich; Everything was fresh (no stale bread, super gooey cookies and even my tomatoes were pretty. My favorite was the smile on the gentleman’s face that started my sandwich and his willingness to just make sure I left a happy customer. Thank you!“

“I live right next to this store and the manager I met was Super Kind and Humorous as well as THE FOOD was amazing! I hadn’t been to Subway in three years. I actually want to work here!!! lol I’m going to see if they have any positions available tomorrow lol ?? “

“My hubby and I went in around 9am on 4/15/2023. Had some coupons in mail so we decided to try. Was greeted before and after. Place was clean. Nice gentlemen there and a nice lady help us. The lady was very helpful with suggesting on my husband's sandwhich. They do use sub coupons. They do have a breakfast menu near bottom right on there menus. Bought a 6 inch wheat bread with 2 eggs and veggies toasted. Now the eggs might not be for everyone but for me it hit the spot. Husband got a steak, egg and cheese with veggies on wheat bread toasted. Deliciously made & satisfied. Now the tea though could of been better, it tasted a bit off.They have a men's & women's 1 stall each restrooms in back.“

“Food was delicious always love a good subway sandwich but my problem was I walked in to one of the girls working was cussing up a storm saying how she’s gonna have to be back in the freezer and that area for the next hour and a half two hours because her manager ordered all of the stuff they need to succeed. I personally do not think that cussing in front of customers is OK. You need to watch what you say in front of people because it can affect what they think of you and the place that they are getting their food from.“

The lil girl that works night shift needs to be at school because she definitely don't want to be there at work. “Its safe to say every Subway is different.Of course they sell the same sandwiches and the service that goes into the sandwiches but the real element is the people.I'm at five stars for this Subway location. “Ordered online. 2 footlongs, and a churro. Went to pick up, and it was just 2 footlongs. They forgot the churro. Luckily I checked before leaving. Employee said he forgot his glasses. Something we don't want to hear is that a cook forgot their glasses. ?. Luckily food came out alright. While we were waiting in the store, some of the signs in the store were not mounted properly. The decor needed to be cleaned. I havebt been in a subway in over 7 years. But it doesn't seem like they got better.“

But today that all changed, Ms Regina, with the praise the welcoming and their polite demeanor set the tone soon as I walk through the door all the way to cashing out at the end. The team she had with her did a great job, and I was in and out of there as how it always should be.. most of the subways in the area only staff with one maybe two people. This location always has three people but it's the slowest one in Jacksonville's... “The Asst. Mgr., TiTi, and one of her employees, Torres, do an AWESOME JOB at this location! They have made mine and my daughter's sandwiches EXACTLY how we wanted them both times that we've been here and did it with a GREAT ATTITUDE!

So far, they've had ALL of the toppings that we like on our sandwiches, and all of the drinks in the soda machine were working, unlike some of the other Subways that we've been to lately. In addition, the vegetables have been fresh. This is definitely our new go-to location when we go to lunch.

“The guy in the cowboy hat (my boyfriend and putting that respectfully aside and rating him as an employee and as if i was a complete stranger) does a wonderful job at being patient with each customer.
