“We went for lunch for my besties birthday. Food and service were amazing. A bonus is this spot is the BEST food ever. I havent had authentic Mexican food in Orlando since I lived in Southern California 13 years ago. The only drawback was the lighting. It was way too bright. We almost wanted to put on our Sunglasses but didn't want to be rude to such kind staff members. Please consider dimming your lighting. It is a great place though, nicely remodeled and great accents and pretty dinnerware. We have ordered food over 25 times and it is always excellent!”

The atmosphere was amazing and we thought it was such a cute place, the playlist/music they had going was some of our favorite songs all playing back to back, and Royce was hands down the best, BEST server in the history of any dining experience I’ve ever had.

Royce was so sweet, warm, welcoming, attentive, such a fun and delightful person to chat with and really made us excited about our food, and just phenomenal customer service in every way possible; we can’t say enough good things about him and he is by far what made our dine in experience exceptional! Next time we dine in we definitely want to see if we can be seated at one of his tables again lol.

We haven’t felt that warmly welcomed at a restaurant in so long and that experience alone will definitely have us dine in vs taking food to go from Totoya.

“A friend living nearby recommended Terramia for a get together of several guys. Was greeted warmly and seated by Tiffany who was hostess and bartending. Jenae was our server and between the two of them was made to feel at home. Atmosphere was very comfortable and intimate like a neighborhood gathering spot. Ordered the California burrito and will let you all know! So far the sauces they brought out have been amazing, as I asked for varying levels of hot. Okay, the burrito was fantastic. The only thing if I had to say anything, would be the tortilla chips needed to be a bit fresher. But that is the only thing I could say I would have liked more. That is me nitpicking through because this gets 5 stars and I rarely give any establishments 5 stars. Definitely come check it out! Just amazing”

It was all hot (except the salad) and fresh. We couldn't wait to dig in. The pizza looked so good I didn't want to eat it Everything was very good. I would order from them again if I was in the area. ***They only get 4 stars though. I would have given them 5 stars but they did not have any silverware for my wife to enjoy her salad and meatballs. When delivering to hotels, they need to be aware to have silverware available to their customers”

The Value:
The specific ratings are food, service and atmosphere but the criteria I weigh most heavily is how much I feel that the price was worth the total package. I've been coming a long time, but more frequently lately as prices of lower quality pizzas have risen to the point where I've made an intentional decision to grab pizza slightly less frequently, but when I do I go ahead and get a quality pie from Anthony's.

The Place:
As I mentioned, I don't live far away and have always come here occasionally. It is a smaller place with just a few small tables and a couple of booths but is a nice sit in restaurant where someone can order a pasta while I order a slice. It is a casual atmosphere but a nice and cozy one. There's usually a few older guys working in the back with a girl running the counter. I don't know if they're family, but some of them very well could be. Then again, I've never heard those loud arguments in the back so maybe they're not family. Anyway, it feels like a nice family atmosphere.

The Service:
I usually pick up my pizza after calling ahead and have never had any issue. I usually speak to a polite younger woman both on the phone and when I pick up.

The Pizza:
The crust is very good, like real fresh dough. All of the ingredients are real and fresh and it really comes through. I usually get a Hawaiian and a specialty pizza called "The Boss" with meat and green peppers and things. Really good stuff. And it reheats well the next day, so much better than the delivery chains both fresh and next day.”

My favorite is their chips and queso or their nachos that you can customize with cheese, meat, lettuce, tomato, queso, etc. However, if you don't like soggy chips and don't eat a lot, I recommend getting the queso on the side for the nachos. It's a rather large portion to eat by yourself. It would b better to share the nachos with a group as an appetizer, but I'm a rather picky eater, so I tend to get it for myself.”

“I have been writing emails through customer service for an incident that happened about a month ago and haven’t heard anything back. I placed an order online for a flatbread and a smoothie and went in to pick it up about 20 minutes afterwards. The order wasn’t ready but understandably so since there were about 8 other customers waiting for their food and only 2 people working. I received my food about 15 minutes or so after waiting (no biggie). When I went back to my office to sit down to eat my food, I found a plastic tie for bread in my flatbread. I bit into it and it cut my tongue. I would like a refund for it and also just state that obviously accidents happen but your employees should just be careful when preparing the food. (I have video and photos to prove if necessary)”
