“When I walked in, I was greeted with a friendly smile from the General Manager, Manny and the cashier Shiloh. They made me feel like family! Since this was my first visit, I had questions and they happily answered them all. They helped me find the perfect meal! They told me about their daily specials and how to customize my entree to my liking! The food was hot and fresh. Manny taught me about the sauce bar and I love it! They have added a new regular guest to their clientele list! Thank you very much!“

“I had the chicken gyro platter and the falafel appetizer to go. It had salad..chicken and rice and came with tzasiki sauce and dressing for the salad and the app came with hummus for dipping.. What a beautiful order and it was absolutely delicious. Will order again.“

I came in 15 minutes to close (I know I know but I had just spent the day at the hospital with my wife and we are having to stay the night, I needed food). The manager (on Oct 7 2025) made my night though with his excellent customer service. He had no idea I was dealing with anything but he had a smile on the whole time and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the service. Thank you for making my night.“

I tried curbside again 4 months after my original review and they brought it out to me. Still love the food here.

Original: Love the food here but two times in a row the curbside pickup doesn’t work. They won’t bring you your food when doing curbside even when you click “I’m here” in the email. Their excuse is that they “can’t see the cars”. Don’t offer curbside if you won’t actually bring it to the cars. As a mom of a newborn curbside is the easiest for us but unfortunately I won’t be able to order from here again for a while if their system doesn’t work.“

“I'm in love with chicken all over again!!! Missed out on trying Chick-fil-A in New York a few years ago, so didn't want to make this mistake again. We don't have this in Scotland, our version of KFC is poor at best, so the quality of this chicken was a much needed delight. Will definitely be back as many times as I can for in before leaving for home.“

“From the time we entered the restaurant, we felt important. There was a gentleman at the register with a very nice beard and dark hair today at 12:30. My coworker and I went there to have lunch. This gentleman was so customer service driven. He listened intently, gave us exactly what we ordered And even brought us a cookie as we had lunch three different employees checked on us asking us do we need refills? Is everything OK? Could they take our trash off our table? The customer service today was second to none thank you Chick-fil-A and thank you mystery man that waited on us. I wish I could remember his name. I think the for the price 2 egg breakfast was best. I just wish Hilton covered the full breakfast price like Hyatt and Marriott do for their top loyalty clients.“

“My husband and I came in on November 2nd at about 2:15-2:30. We were greeted by Luis and a young woman whose name I did not catch. They were slow when we walked in, so immediately they made us feel like they were relieved to see us. Luis made our subs for us. He took his time which allowed our subs to be made the way we want, which ive been to subways they rushed me.
When we got home we devoured our food. And I just wanted to give a huge thanks. I added ham to my pizza sub for the first time, and it was so delicious. My husband got his weird steak sub which he thoroughly enjoyed. A huge thank you to Luis!!“
