“Husband and I were visiting Orlando for the first time and came across Maxine's on Shine. It is such an absolutely incredible charming restaurant! The food was outstanding, with generous and delicious portions, great prices, lots of options and vegan options and drinks but above all -- the hospitality was exceptional! From the greeting from the hostess, discussion with the bartender to the server, busser and owners, they all truly made us feel like a local to the city and appreciative of our business. You really can see the passion from Kirt and Maxine (owners) as it really shines through in every detail in their food, decor and ambiance of the restaurant and you can see that same passion in their staff! My husband and I went for dinner on a Saturday night and had such a wonderful experience that we simply had to go back on Sunday for the brunch before leaving town. Truly an AMAZING experience and such wonderful people! 100 STARS!!!“

“It was my first time at Hangry Bison (Winter Garden). A friend and I went there to catch up on the lastest happenings after not talking for 3 weeks. I had the Doddzilla with Mac&Cheese as my side. It was all phenomenal food! Be prepared to have messy hands when you order a burger, they are big and juicy and are packed with so much flavor! And, the service is spot on, Madison was on top of all our needs, always had fresh drinks, even the guy who brought our food out as soon as it was ready was amazing, Charlie, after presenting our plates to us, asked if there were any condiments we would like and after he returned with the black pepper I request, instead of asuming he was done he asked us again if there was anything else he could do or get for us, AMAZING customer service! Charlie's job might seem menial as a busboy but, his customer servive was the absolute highlight of our visit! It is so rare these days to see someone care and take onwership in their job, it is quite refreshing! Thanks Charlie, you are impacting the world around you by just being yourself! Hangry Bison should be proud to have staff members like you and Madison. I am now a loyal client and a Hangry Bison Ambassador!“

“This was a great place to go for an easy lunch. It’s decorated nicely, the staff were great, and the food was very good. I put 4 stars only because I wish my Cuban sandwich was pressed more. But other than that everything was very good. My husband had the chorizo breakfast tacos. They are messy but well worth it. They had great flavor.

“I had never been there before. Had to wait in line in 90° for about 15 minutes. The theater is nice and cold (needed to be since it was so hot outside,). The seats are comfortable and there's a variety of seats for different size parties to sit at. Had the grilled cheese, which was pretty good. Overall, enjoyed my time spent there. I'd definitely recommend this place.“

“I’ve been here maybe 50 times 😂 either via uber eats or in person. The service is super quick, nice, and today, even a chef stepped up to the check out counter to make sure the process was quick and I didn’t have to wait on a check out person. The food never leaves me feeling sick, and they only use olive oil (vs canola or other sub par, cheap oil) - huge perk. For a vegan - this place is a huge win!!

Today we had the fresh made biscuits with house jams, fried green tomatoes, Pork Belly Sliders, fried chicken & French toast and breakfast tacos. Talk about flavor and the portions were great. This Cafe is a great place to grab a quick bite to eat and then go about your business ….
I order their chicken sandwich, plus LTO this time and it was delicious.
Every sandwich has been not only tasty, but quite affordable. The staff knows how to treat their costumers and when they saw me they ask me if I want my usual, so often by the time I order at cashier my order is ready.
