“We’ve always ordered food to go from Totoya but we’ve never ate inside the restaurant until today, and the food, atmosphere and service was all just such an INCREDIBLE experience.

The atmosphere was amazing and we thought it was such a cute place, the playlist/music they had going was some of our favorite songs all playing back to back, and Royce was hands down the best, BEST server in the history of any dining experience I’ve ever had.

Royce was so sweet, warm, welcoming, attentive, such a fun and delightful person to chat with and really made us excited about our food, and just phenomenal customer service in every way possible; we can’t say enough good things about him and he is by far what made our dine in experience exceptional! Next time we dine in we definitely want to see if we can be seated at one of his tables again lol.

We haven’t felt that warmly welcomed at a restaurant in so long and that experience alone will definitely have us dine in vs taking food to go from Totoya.

He is full of energy, explained the dishes, gave us suggestions and was very attentive.
My favorite from his suggestions, Maguro Truffle, Sticky Ribs, Hawaii XO Roll and the Double Tekka Roll. For dessert we had the Ube Cheese Cake. Sweet, smooth, perfect to share with two. Yes! I would order it all again.
The ambiance, 4 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
The decor is cheeky/romantic with dim lights. But noise level was pretty high. It’s ok if you are sitting right next to each other. I can hear larger parties speaking louder to be able to carry a conversation.
Restroom situation, 2 ⭐️ ⭐️
There is 1 bathroom for females and 1 bathroom for males. I didn’t really noticed it until the line came out of the bathroom area and people were standing near our table. When I needed to use it, wow, I was next in line but it took forever. Something to consider upgrading or maybe make them unisex so both stalls can be used.
The restaurant added a lounge next door. It has its own door or you can access through the restaurant. It also has its own cocktail menu that you can order from while dining.
These are suggestions for improvement but not important enough to stop me from coming back.“

“Delicious sushi! I got the baller set which was very good and nice to try once, but I’ll probably just order from the regular menu in the future.

It is standing room only and doesn’t feel crowded tho the place is quite small.

The only thing I really didn’t care for was the 1 hour slot, I feel like it could be 1.5 hours and that might be better because it felt a bit rushed at the end when getting the last pieces, soup, and s’mores. I felt like I had to scarf my s’mores down quickly to get out on time.

“This is the best sushi in Central Florida! We had the pleasure of dining here and the food is fresh, healthy, and delicious. I would say as good or better quality than Amura. To top it off, the restaurant inside has been renovated, making it a very nice atmosphere for dining in. Chef quality food at a very reasonable price here - and if you prefer take out or delivery, they also offer those options. It's located in Winter Springs Towne Center, so make sure to not walk by this one. Go on in and you likely will meet the Chef or one of the staff members who will describe the menu items in detail. “Boku Sushi Maitland is my new favorite sushi place. I tried two rolls, Drama Queen and Foxy Lady. My husband had the Beef Wagyu. Our friend had the curry and EVERYTHING was delicious!!! Even the miso soup was very tasty and fresh. Ben our server was informative, personable and attentive. We spoke with Miller, he gave us more interesting information about the restaurant and asked about us and where we were from. Highly recommend!! Loved the food and the eperience!!!“

“We have been going to Kobe Steakhouse for several years. Each time we go it has been a great experience. The food is wonderful and the staff are amazing. For the past 20 years we have requested Chef Fuji. He is so fun and really engages with everyone. Chef Fuji always gives us a 5 star experience! I can't leave a review without also mentioning a server who we almost always get, Kevin. He does such a wonderful job and always makes us laugh. Tonight was our sons 21st birthday and the staff, as always, made it a wonderful memory. I can't recommend Kobe Steakhouse enough.“

“Just went for my 40th Birthday. The food was AMAZING! The prices were reasonable and the staff were great! Very fast to check on you. Our Chef was Chef Alan and he was phenomenal! Funny, respectful, and man can the man cook!!! The fried rice was excellent and so we're the noodles. Perfect texture and the flavors were on point. We got the chef special which includes steak, chicken and shrimp. Every single one was done beautifully. The shrimp were very fresh, large and delicious, the steak was perfect medium and the chicken was ridiculously deliciously moist! I fully well plan on coming back when we are in the area.
