“We came for drinks and had a great experience. The location is beautiful, service was attentive and drinks were delicious. Our server even provided us free queso which was piping hot and flavorful. We didn’t order food but it looked and smelled great. There was also a very rude group of 10+ who walked in before us and how the host handled them was impressive. Not rude but direct (the customers were being quite rude). There was live music and it was an enjoyable stop for a few drinks!“

“The popusa was good, the quesadilla too but the tacos weren’t good. The meat didn’t look good and didn’t taste good. My husband try one. He tried but couldn’t eat it all. We told one waitress and she didn’t say anything, she sat down to eat. We told the cashier at the moment she gave us a dirty look and proceeded to charge us for the one taco he ate, ok but she didn’t have to give us an attitude. Won’t be coming back that’s for sure.“

“Poppo’s is a gem! The food is real food, and the ingredients are sourced locally when possible and just absolutely delicious. In addition, the staff is remarkable. They serve you with a smile that is genuine, and are quick to fix any issue or problem. I cannot overstate how amazing this place is, it is not to be missed.“

We are from Colorado, where Chipotle started, we love Chipotle, but boy do they SKIMP out in Colorado. They need to take lessons from these people, I haven’t seen a bowl this full in YEARS 😭
