“It was some what weird to eat inside the dinning room,I haven't in about 15 years and most of all I was absolutely the only one in there ! Usually I see a few people in there as I go through the drive thru .but in the end to have the whole dinning room to myself was nice !“

“Hands down the best Mexican food I’ve ever had. I’ve been eating here since I was 5 and it was a little stand. I live 2 hours away and come back just for this food. I went today and couldn’t find something I wanted on the menu. The owner knew what I was describing, gave me a sample plate to make sure that’s what I wanted, and then perfected my order with the best customer service. If you haven’t eaten here, you’re missing out!“

They're menudo was fresh with excellent pigs feet and corn homemade corn tortillas cooked perfect.
Their tacos I we bought were chorizo Carnitas and barbacoa. They had grilled onions and cilantro with an avocado salsa and a red salsa that was homemade flavors were perfect.
Orchata was homemade delicious.
The little store was very clean excellent pan duence. Outside area was very clean the young girl that was serving us was very kind and the cook very soft spoken but very respectful. We absolutely enjoyed the live chicken we were able to feed him and heard him cockadoodle do a few times.

“True Mexican food, no tex mex here. On that line food was good. Service was almost there, but not quite, did forget a taco, which they quickly made, and trying to figure out what appears to be an extra fee? Of about 5%? It was worth the 1 time stop for sure.“

The flavor of the cheese quesadilla even took me back to my childhood, growing up in Houston. So good! My kids loved the quesadilla and the chicken tacos.“

“VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. They deceive people. In the photo they put a combo and then when serving it they say that it doesn't work like that. That's scam. I complained to them and they said it wasn't going like that and that's it. The combo came with Chips and guacamole. I spoke to the manager and she said they were NOT going to give them to me. But I assure you that McDonald's is missing some fries and so they do complain. They made me look bad with an American friend I brought. I'll never go back again.“

The homemade tortillas truly stood out; you can definitely taste the difference compared to store-bought ones. We decided to dine in, and since Wimauma is such a small town, we even recognized some of the incoming customers, which added to the family-style atmosphere. “I've traveled all over Florida and Marifer's is THE BEST. Sometimes I eat here twice in a weekend...it's that good. I recommend their Carnitas, Pastor and Elote. There are a lot of taco trucks in Gibsonton these days but Marifer's has been here for years.“

“I went here for years but had not been for quite some time. Ordered my favorite Wet Burrito and was happy the recipe has not changed. Large tortilla generously filled with meat cheese and all the vegs you'd expect. The salsa comes in regular and extra hot. I got both. The flavor is exceptional and if you like it hot, you won't be disappointed. It has just the right heat that allows you to still taste the food.
