“Best Sub shop around!! When I used to visit Jax I ALWAYS made sure to stop by Angie’s. Now that I’m finally a local I make sure to hit up my fav sub shop often. There aren’t enough words to describe how perfect Angie’s is. Whether you pick up, dine in, or enjoy a nice beach picnic with your Angie’s- I promise you won’t be disappointed. My two fav subs are the Bachlor and My Wife Kicked Me Out! Soooo good- OH &&&& they have gluten free wraps !! So any gluten free peeps (like myself) can enjoy Angie’s!!! “Five stars all around can not recommend this place more and i recommend it often. The bread is always perfection and their selection shifts frequently with amazing specials. One thing I noticed that makes Great Harvest stand out is the staff. Not only is service quick and precise, it’s the type of place they remember you when you walk in and genuinely ask how you have been. If you have never been here hopefully you go on a day they have cinnamon rolls or the weeks they have the white chocolate cherry bread.“

Grilled Sirloin steak, grilled peppers, onions, mushrooms, tomatoes, provolone with a strip of bacon. You can get The Bomb with chicken too. Bread was soft. Fries were plentiful. Friendly service.“
“Well about 2 years ago I said to my son, there is no way a Chicken Salad restaurant will ever survive. Finally after 2 years I decided I had to try it because they keep opening up stores so something has to be right. Well I have to admit I was so wrong, the Chicken Salad was the best I’ve ever eaten, very very good. I was sitting eating my Chicken Salad when (did I mention I’m 77 yrs old) a young lady about 75 stopped and said, real men eat chicken salad, I swear to you that is a true story!!“
“I had ordered a meal for pick up and was in a car accident on the way to pick it up. I called and let the staff know because I was not sure if I would be able to make my pick up time. I finally arrived an hour later and the cashier with the blonde hair gave me a fresh beverage and an extra cookie! Very nice staff!“

“These are my favorite subs ever, hands down. I had to go back to the beach recently and after a 12 hour drive, stopped at Larry’s for a quick dinner. They didn’t disappoint. I ordered the cold pepperoni sub and it was just as good as I remembered from 10 years ago.“
“Larry's made the mistake of shrinking the size of their sandwiches by trying to be sneaky and decreasing the width of their bread, as if we would not notice. They didn't want to follow Firehouse in just raising the prices dramatically, which most customers would prefer over shrinkflation. Sad, because they were our go-to for subs, especially with the military discount. They will probably try to deny it, but we were regulars for years and know the difference. We now call them pencil sandwiches. Sad.“
“Lubi’s is a hidden gem of Jacksonville. Many sandwiches are crafted with a blend of flavors you wouldn’t think go together, but the heat-up in foil adds a certain melded magic. The mozzarella lubi is my absolute favorite, and I love the hot peppers but just leave them off if you can’t do spice. Have eaten to-go or in the place hundreds of times over years. It’s simple but perfect.“

“This is a great Larry’s. Larry’s has been a staple since my childhood so it’s special to me Iike a lot of places in Jax. I play favorites to the Kongs Club so I can’t say much on the other subs they have to offer. I do not like their desserts but if you want a good size sub made to order definitely try this Larry’s.“

“I visited the Firehouse subs in Jacksonville Beach on Beach boulevard just a few minutes ago at 11. Russell is the cashier today and his crew the whole crew that was there are excellent they are working well together, and the food is being put out hot and fantastic. I tried the new smokehouse triple stack, and oh my goodness it is a great great sandwich. It is a meaty sandwich. If anyone out there wants a feeling needy sandwich, get the triple smokehouse triple stack. Thank you for your house once again; for coming up with such a great way to feed the people. This is a great sandwich. I am very picky and normally never change off of The Hook and ladder, because it's so perfect, but I tried the new smokehouse triple stack and it is really really a great sandwich.“
