“First time eating here . And I do have to say we will be back . It was amazing. I had the bourbon chicken no veggies in Rice . Asked for ex bourbon sauce but you don’t need it the meat was nice and juicy and the rice wasn’t dry at all . My husband had the human beef and he was like wow their food is really good . I will be going back and trying the sweet and sour hopefully it will be thick and not water down .“

“The garlic parm wings were good, and they were saucy just like I like them. I also tried the cheese pizza lunch special. It was hot and cheesy. The only thing they can work on is being careful when they close the box on the pizza because the sides where pressed into the pizza.“

The French fries are lightly seasoned and thick crinkle cut. Golden texture is great and you don’t even need ketchup. The pulled bbq is our fav along with the Mac n cheese. Best out there. The owner comes around to Check on the tables and the staff are so friendly, you feel like part of the family. Can’t wait to go back. “I made reservations for my family since it suggested it on their website. My husband ,3 sons and I arrived and the hostess brought us to a table that was waiting for us! That was a pleasant and appreciated surprise to not have to wait. Our server,Jordyn was attentive and friendly she had perfect timing with drinks appetizers , main courses and desserts. We ordered 3 appetizers for the table and 5 different meals as well as two desserts for us each to have a sample of. Everything was not only full of flavor and perfectly prepared but also absolutely beautifully plated. We had a pleasant conversation with the owner ,Cindy, and she answered our questions about some of the flavors that we couldn’t quite place. We also discussed the history of the restaurant. It’s nice to see owners/managers in the dining area. We will come again soon and recommend this establishment to our friends and family. Thank You all“

It was Prime Rib night at Ovation, and we both ordered medium rare. with loaded baked potatoes. Our prime ribs were absolutely delicious and the most scrumptious medium rare that one could ask for. I have NOT had the experience these people have and wonder if their expectations were beyond attainable and no matter how good things were they would still have a complaint. My girlfriend and I love this place. I have never had a badly cooked steak and the prime rib my girlfriend gets is what she wants. I would not under any circumstances continue to patron a restaurant if it were not good. Having lived in west Texas for almost two decades, I know a good steak. If your expectations are that high, maybe stay home and cook one yourself. You are your own worst critic.“

“I recently attended a private catered event at Flightline Cafe . We had a delicious buffet meal Salmon , Parmesan Chicken Breast , Sweet Baby Carrots. Garlic Mashed potatoes and tasty Broccoli and cheeses . Started the buffet with a delicious tossed salad with all the fixing . Washed it down with sweet tea and lemonade. The bar has top shelf drinks that keep you going back for more . Service was impeccable. Once, I saw a customer complain about their food, but management still demanded full payment. I saw Meagan quietly pay their bill while apologizing for the food. Of course the food is excellent - great breakfast and the best hamburgers in town! Prices are reasonable.
