“We were greeted with champagne upon arrival and the concierge took time to find us great dinner reservations. . We are Marriott members and were upgraded to an amazing suite; the room was fantastic, with two great balconies and two bathrooms. The lounge chairs on the balcony were very comfortable. The bathtub was a good size. The curtains blocked out all of the light, no gaps. The only things missing were a steamer and Bluetooth speaker. The room came with 2 butlers, which we never really understood their role. There was nightly turn down service. The pool areas were great, we never had to fight for a spot, but the pricey cocktails seemed to be lacking in alcohol. The breakfast buffet had a lot to offer. The ceviche and some of the other lunch options were very tasty, just overpriced as expected. All of this was fantastic, but the front desk customer service as well as phone service was lackluster.“

“We made a reservation for our Anniversary (24-02-18) after looking at some online reviews in the area we were staying in Miami. SO happy we chose here to celebrate our anniversary! The atmosphere was very inviting, busy yet flowing with a full dining room. Our waiter Andreu was very welcoming asking us if we were there for a special occasion. With our anniversary he provided us each with a glass of champagne! He explained the dinner specials and even brought us a taste of one of the appetizers called Fiocchi Rapers – filled pasta with cheese and pear, with crispy prosciutto and creamy truffle sauce. “We come here for dine in and take out frequently. It’s sublime. There’s also an Omakai in Wynwood but the ambiance here is a little more upscale and not as small. The freshest, sweetest, most savory delicate nigiri and sashimi. Even our children adore the sushi here. This is traditional sushi; if you’re looking for ‘rock and roll’ sushi and non-sushi dishes, this is not your place. There’s no cream cheese in the sushi here (thank goodness lol).We usually order chutoro (I find it less fishy than otoro), uni (they have Japanese and Santa Barbara uni), hotate, albacore, hamachi and kanpachi. Profiteroles for dessert. Overall, food was great. Ambience and noise level nice as well.
