“Me and my grandson love the food there at Sonys..what we had ordered wasn't on the menu that shows on this review... but my grandson ordered a bacon burger with fries.. and I ordered a half a chicken with baked potato and mac and cheese... The food was excellent... The chicken was not dry it was juicy and tasted Great ??. And my grandson love the bacon cheeseburger and fries so much he got full and he just loved it and couldn't stop talking about it.. now that says a lot about my grandson.. we will be going again as much as we can.. everybody was good the place was clean.. the waitress who was training a young man they were awesome.. and very kind.. and always checked on us to see if we needed anything.., so yes we will definitely keep going back.. and we give it an 11 ♥️♥️❤️“

“All around good place with really good food although the worker that unfortunately took my order was so horrible and rude. I hope Lana gets talked to by some sort of manager or supervisor definitely needs to brush up on customer service etiquette.“

“First time i went to fresh kitchen it was okay, my chicken was burnt and the sauces weren’t good. I decided to go back with my boyfriend because we wanted healthy food, let me tell you I am impressed. The food was delicious and the ginger sauce was way better than the first time i tried it. The price point is amazing and way cheaper than SoFresh! I had the sweet tea and it was so good, it’s not overly sugary. The citrus chicken wasn’t burnt and the almond chicken was so good. Definitely will be going back.“

“I had what may have been one of the best sandwiches in my life today, and absolutely the best sandwich I've ever had in lakeland, at the Black and Brew on Lake Morton. I got the club and took the chance of substituting gluten-free bread, which I usually don't like at all. But it really worked with the sandwich, and there was just such an explosion of other flavors that it's hard to describe. “On Friday I looked for healthy options on eating cause I started my diet, I looked on doordash and notice SoFresh which is a healthy food restaurant so I notice that I can create my bowl which I love to choose my own options so I being the first time purchaser I kinda went crazy on my bowl as you can tell from the picture. Honestly speaking choosing my own items is best ?? Broccoli ? Brown Rice ? Asian Noodle ? 3 different Chickens ? Black Beans Bacon ? & Cheese ? ...Lordt is was so good and idk what anyone say this is best Healthy Food Restaurant I have ever ate from. OH BY THEY WAY I COULDNT EAT AT ONCE..NOPE NOPE ...LOL“

“Food is good, no argument there. I tried the Philly wrap with side of street corn. So delicious the street corn has just the right level of kick to it.The seating area is outside under trees and you order and pickup from the windows. Good for a quick lunch in the middle of your day. Go and try it.“

“We ordered the chicken wrap, blackberry farm and burger...all of them were absolutely awesome. Chicken wrap is loaded with meat and cheese, blackberry farm is sweet and salty, and the hamburger tasted delicious. I would highly recommend trying this restaurant out. “I was told to come here and try the burgers. Not disappointed. Good char. Good temp on the meat as requested. Good portion size. Good value. Great staff. It's a good cross between a sports bar and a dive bar. The burgers, only thing we tried, elevated beyond expectations. I will definitely come back. The tacky bathroom (cut up old kegs for urinals) is an understandable attempt at being unique. Unfortunately that's a fail. I would recommend that they concentrate on what they do well, and neaten up the decor. This place could be awesome.“

“Just discovered this hidden gem and will definitely be back! We had the dinner portion Eggplant Parm and Manicotti. Excellent! As good as anything we've had in Lakeland OR Pittsburgh. Very authentic. Of course, we had to try the cannoli! We'll be back for pizza soon.“
