“My husband & I went for the first time tonight not knowing what time they closed, we walked in right at 10pm and Chace took care of us. Employees like Chace is the backbone of small businesses, as he was extremely pleasant and funny! The chocolate milkshake is delicious my husband says. The Salted Caramel Brownie ice cream is amazing! This was our first visit but will definitely not be our last! Thank you, Chace for making our visit awesome!“

This time I tried one of their 'Candy Shoppe' flavors, the Blue Razz, a blue raspberry flavor with vanilla ice cream with colorful Nerds candy. It was delicious and a great addition to their menu!“

“This Kelly’s Homemade Ice Cream store in Windermere is always clean, inviting and the staff is welcoming. They also designate what items contain gluten on their menu, and for those of us with Celiac Disease, all you have to do is ask them to get your scoops from an unused ice cream bin in the back (to avoid cross contamination) and they do it with no hassle. It’s wonderful to be able to ask for accommodations and not feeling like a burden by doing so. Thank you for the family like atmosphere and high quality, delicious ice cream. ??⭐️“

“Definitely delicious custard if you get it fresh. Don't order what's in the freezer case. It's been there a long time and tastes freezer burnt. There is a 2fer price, but was not honored. Also, the outdoor seating area is always a mess with melted custard everywhere. I feel management needs to make sure their employees show some pride in the store.“

“The gelati is amazing as always, but when we arrived the lights were off like it was closed. I went around and opened the employees only door and called out for the workers because a number of people were frustrated and ready to leave. Eventually two girls emerged from the back and turned on the lights and served us. They were rude about me trying to get their attention but we’d driven 20 minutes each way to be there.“

“I love menchies, it’s a self serve frozen yogurt place where you can add your own toppings and pay by weight. The workers are always in the back but are nice enough and the place is normally quite clean.

“Atmosphere-4 stars- Small location tucked away in the Flamingo Village Shopping center. I believe this is a fairly new location. Very clean. Not busy at all. Couple of tables inside.

Service- 4 stars- one girl working behind the counter. She was friendly.

Food- 4 stars- I’m not a Big Ben and Jerry’s fan however I got a Oreo shake which was very good- tasted like an ice cream sandwich shake.“

“My beloved spot for the orange-vanilla swirl ice cream! I dream it about it all year until I visit and it’s just as good as I remember it every time. It’s better than Dole Whip in my opinion (don’t judge me). The I Lava You float is also amazing but I just really like the simple cup of swirl after a visit to the Tiki Room“

“I stopped for the lemonade only, the flavor was good but it needed to taste more like lemon. The price was ridiculously expensive for the portion and I ordered without a cone $7.50 for a simple lemonade!!! I haven't tried the palettes but they looked cute.“
