“I got a Szheshuan chicken meal. The rice didn’t have any taste and the szheszhuan did not have what it usually has which is peanuts, little corns, and it has a lot more vegetables than chicken. They had only a few strips of chicken. The service obviously it was in a hurry and the atmosphere is just a place for you to eat your meal and go.“

The atmosphere is very welcoming, has kids coloring pages and cool art around the building. Drink station was clean and condiments well stocked. “First time visiting came in around 130. My child with special needs was hungry and I wasn't willing to drive further away from her upcoming appointment which was in 30 minutes. The place was clean, staff welcomed us upon entry, and greeted me quickly at the counter. The cashier was super nice l. Explained all food provided on the menu. Ordered and the food came out in less than 10 minutes. Which gave me time to get my kids to drink, pick a table grab crayons 🖍 and kids color paper sit down for maybe 2 minutes and she came with our meals. The food was hot and fresh. The manager working there was absolutely sweet and respectful and said she loves working for the company, which made me happy to know they are happy working there which means the food will come out great too. My kids dislike chic fil a so I was worried when I walked into PDQ BUT it ITS WAY BETTER than Chick-fil-A Fil a. Also I should mention staff all communicated very well when orders were being taken prepared everyone was focused and worked together great as a team.“

“I love this place! Went on their grand opening day in 2019 and ever since then I have been a regular going about every other week to pick up lunches for the week. The food is freshly made every day. They have many varieties of chicken salad and also delicious egg salad. They even have a turkey sandwich selection for those who do not like salad sandwiches. They sell Cheryl’s cookies and you can also buy the salads in a prepackaged container to go. Jennifer, the owner, is awesome and often present and pitches in to help staff as well as greet customers. There really is nothing I don’t like about the place other than it is closed on Sundays per corporate policy. If you are looking for a good sandwich with a delicious cookie and outstanding customer service, then you need to head on down to Chicken Salad Chick.“

“My family of 8 decided to eat at PDQ Lake Nona for the first time after hearing great things about the food. We used the delivery option on the website and the food came at a reasonable time. After checking the food we noticed that one of the meals were missing and immediately called back to see what they could do.

Unfortunately they were unable to send the delivery driver back and I had to drive to the store. The manager Renee was very apologetic and professional in her response to the situation. She definitely reversed the delivery mistake and even gave us a personal note. The atmosphere was clean, the food was great! So yes we will be back!! “What I love about this restaurant is it values its workers. It doesnt open on a Sunday and it doesnt open 24/7. The staff are lovely and helpful. Also it has proper chicken breast chicken, and waffle fries. It is a clean spotless restaurant and its food is amazing. It has baby changing facilities and baby seating.
