“One of the Better Dunkin’ Locations — Just a Few Minor Issues
I’ve been a regular at this Dunkin’ for a couple of years now, and overall, I’d say it’s one of the better-run stores in the franchise. The place is clean, it looks recently remodeled, and considering the volume they handle, they move pretty quickly. The staff usually gets orders right and keeps the line moving.
There are just a couple of small drawbacks. The drive-thru layout is a bit tight and awkward to navigate — especially if you’re driving an extended SUV or truck. It’s not a dealbreaker, but definitely something to be aware of.
At one point, they did seem to be out of stock on certain items more often than not, though that might have been a broader supply chain issue rather than something specific to this location. Lately, I haven’t had that problem.
The only other consistent gripe I have is with the iced coffee — it feels like it’s either filled to the top with ice or, if you ask for less ice, they only fill it about three-quarters of the way up. I’d love to see a better balance there.
Still, this is a solid, reliable Dunkin’. It’s clean, quick, and usually has what I want. For a fast-food coffee stop, it delivers what I expect — and often better than most.“

It's a smaller Dunkin, as it primarily operates as a drive-through service location, though you are still welcome to enter and place an order at the counter.
I placed my mobile order and walked in to pick it up. I just wish there was more of a greeting IE: a simple, good morning, as you walk in. Just feel like they're NOT happy to do their job. DOWN RIGHT POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE TODAY. I've been to many other Dunkin locations, were I do get a good morning greeting from the employees, but not at this location.
I think the lack of face to face interactions with customers since this location is a mostly drive through. They don't know how to interact with people face to face.
