We tried the Carne Asada & Chicken Quesadillas (perfectly cooked and the best flavor), Carne Asada Tacos, Guacamole (tasty & super creamy), and the Sauce Bar is amazing too. Inside it is modern, super fresh with A/C, very clean and organized.“

Another favorite here is Chicken mango curry. We also love their weekend buffet since you can try many different dishes, and you'll surely find something you'll enjoy. “Stopped in On Saturday morning with my wife. Was looking for a good cinnamon roll. They have great cinnamon rolls, and so much more! I was happy to find fresh baked breads, cookies, pastries, and many other goodies! Everything was delicious and very well priced. Instantly became a regular weekend stop for me! “This was our first visit to Shabo's Bistro and definitely not the last! We decided to order sharing plates to try a little bit of everything. The presentation was stunning! But flavors were out of this world! Every single item, from the hummus and baba ganoush to the falafels and even the pita bread, was incredible. The place is so welcoming our waiter Pauly was absolutely amazing. “The frozen yogurt in the "bubble waffle" was surprisingly good. I was genuinely impressed by the quality of the frozen yogurt and the waffle. That being said, it feels out of place at Mercato. There are a couple of cheap plastic tables, and little else to improve the vibe.

I don't personally care about the vibe. I just wanted the treat. My only complaint is that I still had to pay inflated Mercato prices.“

The Fresh Sliced Avocado, Roasted Peppers, Scallions, and Parmesan Cheese (she swaps the parm with Pepper Jack) were topped with Grilled Tomato Slices and finished with a Cilantro garnish. The flavors were out of this world, and the side of Skillets Potatoes + a gluten-free pancake made the meal complete. Joe (as usual) had a sweet tooth for breakfast and opted for the Strawberry Chocolate Chip Crepes, and boy, were they a hit! The crepes were light and fluffy, topped with a delicious mix of strawberries and chocolate chips. It was the perfection!
