“I love this place...I only give service a 4 star due to my recent trip to the British Pub...We had just come from the beach and it was about 8pm on a Saturday evening...we were promptly seated and got our drinks...in reviewing the menu I ordered a rueben and my wife wanted the Saturday special. We were informed that you can not get Ruebens after 3pm or something like that...very weird and I came to the British Pub specifically for this sandwedge as they like to call them Then we were also informed that they were also out of the special. So my wife ordered fish and chips and I ordered the Banger dish. Once our food arrived it was very tasty - yet i determined that the wrong dish had been delivered i even told my wife this is the wrong dish but it is delicios...I did not really care as the wrong dish was delicious and just kept moving along with our dinner...here is where the 4 star comes in. About half way through our dinner we noticed our server and several other employees looking at us with a concerned look. I told my wife...look they are talking about us and they realized they served us the wrong dinner item...instead of a manager coming over and speaking with us they sent the server over. I hate it when managment is afraid to deal with the challenges. The server came over and confirmed my initial thoughts that they had in fact served us the wrong meal. The server asked me if I wanted the to cook the correct meal. I politely refused as I enjoyed the meal that had been prepared. A good manager would have come over and thanked us for being so understanding or offered to comp a drink or something like that...but nothing. The fact that the manager or owner could not take the time to at least apologize bothers me. I will still go back because the food here is very good...but management should understand that your customers are your liffeblood and not everyone will be as understanding as we were and may not give a favorable review even when we had a not so perfect experience.“

Hot, fresh and very authentic with an abundance of menu choices. I had grouper tacos and my spouse enjoyed the Cuban burger. We will be back to try something else.“

“I have never been in here before as it's off the road and hidden away in the corner beside the sheriff's office and what a nice surprise, immaculately clean, not crowded at all off at 4pm on a Friday the young lady who waited on me was super sweet and very patient as I asked questions.. the food looks great and for $33 plus a $5 dollar tip ..I got a hard beef taco, drink, 2 of the new steak street tacos with cilantro, a shredded chicken burrito, and the fried churros with chocolate sauce.. I would definitely recommend stopping by and I look forward to coming in again.“

“Aleks Kunov, the regional manager, was especially helpful. We had an expired Ruth’s Chris card issued by our former go-to location in Massachusetts. With the move to Florida 2 years ago, we lost track of the $250 credit. Mr. Kunov was able to restore the credit issued by the other location and let us use it toward our dinner. So many other locations, companies, and managers would have simply said: “Sorry!” We were there with our new neighbors celebrating my wife’s official retirement From the family business after 45+ years! Everyone at Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse at Coconut Point mall in Bonita Springs, FL went above and beyond to make our evening perfect!“

“We had the opportunity to experience the Fish House by boat. It is situated on the canal with convenient docking facilities. The food and service were exceptional. I particularly enjoyed the Fish and Chips along with the soup. The atmosphere is quite casual and unpretentious, which is wonderful because the food is delightful. I had the chicken cacciatore last night, and my wife had the sausage Napolitano, and both were excellent - fresh ingredients, rich taste, and expertly prepared and presented. The service was perfect. Monica took good care of us, was friendly, fast, and efficient. Ivana is, I believe, Enrico's niece and oversees the operation. She really goes the extra mile, walking around greeting the customers and making sure everything is okay. Extremely friendly and makes everybody feel at home. The atmosphere was quite comfortable, normal background conversation for dinner hour, not too loud and easy to carry on a conversation at our booth. We look forward to enjoying this place at every opportunity. The menu is quite extensive and the prices are quite reasonable for what seems to be authentic freshly prepared Italian / Mediterranean food.
