“Kathryn and her team provided truly outstanding catering for my daughter’s small wedding at Hacienda de las Palmas. Kathryn calmly thought of everything ahead of me, and her planning and execution were incredible. The food was beyond amazing, served by absolutely delightful, courteous staff. Throughout the evening the guests commented to us that the food and service was the best they have ever experienced. I’ve even had calls since the wedding, saying just that! Don’t hesitate in using Chez Gourmet for your event. I’d give 10 stars if I could!!“

“Ginamarie in the office has been incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout my move and truly went above and beyond to make the process as smooth as possible. She genuinely cares and treats residents like people, not just numbers. One meaningful thing she did was make sure the lids I accidentally left behind in my old apartment were retrieved and placed right at my new doorstep — which meant a lot. It’s rare to find someone who is that thoughtful and attentive. Gina is such an asset to this community, and I’m very grateful for all of her help.“

“Attended a beautiful wedding reception there. The dance floor and sitting area were separate. Little nooks for a perfect bar and nice entrance. Parking is a bit snug, so be prepared to use the valet. Don’t forget cash to tip! Restrooms were big and cozy for a quick rest. There’s a lovely little outside garden to catch your breath.“

“Catering CC did exactly as we dreamed! From the very first phone call to Chef Winston, he was kind, enthusiastic, and reassuring. He and his staff came on time and made the cocktail hour magical, thanks to his amazing skills. The charcuterie board was a work of art, and the small bites served up by his staff were Michelin star. I have to add also that both Chef Winston and each and every one of his staff were so personable, gracious, and giving. They gave us confidence and gave all who gathered a good time. Special thanks to his assistant Cherise, who was prompt, kind and reassuring throughout the process, too. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“
