All I wish is they would get better mac and cheese because it was honestly disgusting. Will be back though, obviously not eating the mac and cheese.“

“Arrived at 5 pm. Before the rush! Ordering was simple. Chicken sandwich was great! Fries were really neat! Never had seen this kind before: cut like a waffle!! People started coming in with small children. The play room got busy! Double drive thru lanes with two attendends in reflective vests helping people place orders in the lanes. It all appeared to go smoothly with lots of people enjoying their food. I'd definitely come back again if I lived around here!“

“Generally, I don’t stop at this CFA but it convenient. Well, I’ll stick to my regular CFA restaurant. The service was quick and the staff was friendly and once I opened my bag, I guess I could see why the service was so fast. My fries were burned UGH. Thankfully my sandwich was good. I would still recommend this location BUT check your food before leaving.“

“So delicious. A co worker turned me on to this chicken many years ago and I have to get it when I’m in the area. I always get the half or quarter chicken combo with cilantro rice and spicy beans. Amazing! The sauces are so good they should sell both by the jar. I should try something else but the chicken is so good I can’t. Always friendly service too!“

“We have always loved Chicken Salad Chick. The food is always fresh and delicious. However today after we ate lunch my husband needed the restroom and when he asked where it was he was looked up and down and asked if he was going to purchase anything. He explained he already had. He did not receive an apology. Not everyone that asks to use the restroom is homeless.“

“Young lady who brought my food out was a complete airhead...forgot my Ice Cream Cone and when I told her she said you already have your drink...I said not a drink, my Ice Cream Cone...she looked bedazzled until I said it louder then another employee said nevermind and retrieved it.“

“This is not your typical Chick-Fil-A, unfortunately they do not carry seasonal items like the peppermint milkshake, nor do they carry the Mac and Cheese. If you decide to come, make sure you have at least 20 minutes, as the food is made upon order. This location does have an occasional cashier, but most is self checkout kiosks powered by GrubHub. You could also use the app, but I have not found that bravery yet.“

“The food is fine here. No complaints about that. My main problem with this location is this one particular employee that takes orders. She gets confused very easily and screws up my order constantly. She’s very pleasant but not the right person for working up front. My only other complaint is that they’ve forgotten some of my items at times. Now I just check everything carefully before leaving with my takeout.“

“Last night I was so frustrated about my purchase. But after I posted my review, I discovered my meat was still pink and mashed potatoes were dry and cold. I went back today and spoke with the manager. She was so nice and very professional. She replaced my order with my original order. Excellent Customer Service and Problem Resolution ???????“

“Very friendly people working here. Stopped in for breakfast and did a bit of work while at the table.. had what I believe to be the manager come up and ask how things were and refilled my drink. Also had a few workers going around making sure things were cleaned up.. you can definitely tell they take pride in their job and environment!“

“I came to this location about a week or two ago and the atmosphere was amazing. The front staff greeted me right away, and Nola (or Noola) and Luis and this SUPER tall gentleman were all super sweet and welcoming. I ordered the grilled chicken with mac & cheese and it was AMAZING. Seriously superb. I came back the next week and the energy was still just as great. Definitely my new favorite place!“

“Came here to let the kids play while we ate lunch. We had a few hiccups on our order, which is totally understandable because it was really busy and the staff was doing their best. A huge shout out to the manager, Miss Sallie! Because she made sure that our order was taken care of and showed us some amazing hospitality and customer service! Things happen and sometimes orders get a little jumbled up but when an establishment goes out of their way to make it right, it shows that they truly care. Highly recommend this location!“
