“I drive past this location often and was confused when I googled the address because it’s inside the Shell Gas Station. The pieces were a good portion and seasoned well not too salty. Didn’t get a biscuit because it was separate. Overall good spot to grab lunch because they close at 4“

“PDQ always has great/consistent food quality. Their service is great and always quick. They keep and run a very clean restaurant. PDQ is by far my favorite fast food chicken restaurant. I love the sandwiches, specifically the Buffy blue sandwich. Their Buffalo blue cheese sauce is incredible. Absolutely love the limited time maple pecan milkshake.“

“My wife and I have been coming to this Chick Fil A for years and have never been disappointed by the quality of the food, or the customer service. Tom (one of the training coaches) was so kind and even cleared our table for us when we were finished. Very nice dining experience. Highly recommend!“

“Applause to Mr.Joshua and his staff on their welcoming service ! It all started with being greeted when I walked in to exceptionally prepared foods , they made sure the things needed to eat or dress the food was either given or asked if needed ! Food was so fresh and nicely plated man I tell you not a beat skipped I give it overall a 10/10 p.s I usually don’t leave reviews let alone long ones but this was a service you have to recognize ! I will be back …. Oh And and and 🤣that grilled chicken sandwich was a hands down good thing you have added to the menu !“

“Generally, I don’t stop at this CFA but it convenient. Well, I’ll stick to my regular CFA restaurant. The service was quick and the staff was friendly and once I opened my bag, I guess I could see why the service was so fast. My fries were burned UGH. Thankfully my sandwich was good. I would still recommend this location BUT check your food before leaving.“

“So delicious. A co worker turned me on to this chicken many years ago and I have to get it when I’m in the area. I always get the half or quarter chicken combo with cilantro rice and spicy beans. Amazing! The sauces are so good they should sell both by the jar. I should try something else but the chicken is so good I can’t. Always friendly service too!“

“Very enjoyable meal! I went with a group of people & we had very good service! We were in the meeting room & the restaurant supplied menus for us to view so we could decide our selection. We then go in line, place our orders & are given a number to display on the table! A server then brings our selections to our table!

Parking: There are plenty of available parking spots!

Wheelchair accessibility: I use a walker & had no problem entering or navigating in restaurant!“

“PDQ is better compared to what it was a year ago. Contrary to past visits, I actually had a satisfactory visit here, but I’m not saying it was perfect. The dining area is clean, and was small yet large at the same time. The service was fast and got our order ready quickly.

The food itself is overall good. The PDQ Sauce is a nice addition and tastes great with chicken tenders. I got the garlic Parmesan tenders, and it tastes good, but it’s very greasy. The fries are solid, but the toast was a miss. The texture of the toast let it down. Overall, would recommend, but still not the best compared to other nearby restaurants.“

“Last night I was so frustrated about my purchase. But after I posted my review, I discovered my meat was still pink and mashed potatoes were dry and cold. I went back today and spoke with the manager. She was so nice and very professional. She replaced my order with my original order. Excellent Customer Service and Problem Resolution ???????“

“What a pleasure to deal with personable and polite employees. Food is great! Not sure what changes have been made but the drive thru line is taking longer to get through and finding our orders not being correct on a couple of our last few visits.“

“Matthew in the drive-thru on Thursday August 21st gave excellent customer service helping provide additional condiments, hand wipes, and mints with a smile , great attitude, and lots of patience. He was very kind. Whole team served meal with excellence. I recommend drive thru with mobile app is faster than other lane.“

“This is not your typical Chick-Fil-A, unfortunately they do not carry seasonal items like the peppermint milkshake, nor do they carry the Mac and Cheese. If you decide to come, make sure you have at least 20 minutes, as the food is made upon order. This location does have an occasional cashier, but most is self checkout kiosks powered by GrubHub. You could also use the app, but I have not found that bravery yet.“

“The food is fine here. No complaints about that. My main problem with this location is this one particular employee that takes orders. She gets confused very easily and screws up my order constantly. She’s very pleasant but not the right person for working up front. My only other complaint is that they’ve forgotten some of my items at times. Now I just check everything carefully before leaving with my takeout.“

“The drive thru is busy, busy. The place uses the business model they adopted during COVID with two line of cars, and efficient employees taking orders in line. I went inside and was the first one in line. I waited about 3 minutes for Andy to help me, but it was a lot faster than waiting in the car line. I passed on the very tempting banana pudding milkshake, frosted coffee milkshake to go for the diet version of the Sunjoy, unsweet iced tea and diet lemonade. You cannot go wrong with grilled chicken nuggets. Several wheel chair access parking spots. This place is all wheel chair access as well as the bathrooms. Great service. I heard a rumor that I can get free tea refills but I didn't have time to stay today.“

“First time in this location and my son ask me to eat inside, I wasn’t sure about but I give it a try; I was very impress about Benny, super nice guy! he greet us with a great smile and eye contact! making us feeling welcome, took our order fast explain very well our options and suggest different ones… I was very impressed, thank you so much Benny for the great experience at Chick fill-A at Temple Terrace 😁“

“The service was great as you would expect at a Chick-fil-A. I was disappointed with my sandwich though. I don't know if they have changed something but my chicken was thin and dry this time. Hopefully it was just this time and it'll be better if I go back.“
