“My coffee and food is always ready. When I drive there to get it. I go inside to pick it up and there it is. I honestly don't know how the kids do it and keep it all straight! I would be so confused as to how to make those coffees! But they all seem very experienced and the copy is always delicious and the food is always hot. And they're always so friendly! The messages on the coffee just make your day! I try to remember to have some cash and leave them a tip. Don't forget to tell them how great they are and how you appreciate the coffee. “I come to this location, multiple times a week to get the drinks for my office and there is exceptional service. Every other Starbucks I have went to I have to wait upwards of 10 mins for my drink but not here. They are extremely timely and Darren especially helps me almost every time I am here and he is so sweet. All of the employees are. I would highly recommend this location.“

“The mall has a lot of options for meals and drinks, but Starbucks is the center for beverages in the mall. So definitely it’ll be packed. What’s astounding is how much tunnel vision people can have. People watching here is atrocious. They’ll be selfish and stressing that their order that they placed 4 minutes ago hasn’t been made when there was a line when they got there and a whole bundle of people at the waiting area. Lots of people don’t think it’s a big deal to just “ask for a water” since it’s “so easy” when clearly they’ve got too much crap to handle in such a cramped space. I respect that they deal with that everyday and worse, during days with deals. Feels like people become snobby just because they ordered something priced high instead of for legitimate reasons. Annoying. And don’t get me started on the trash. They’ll not recognize that, by walking at most 14 steps, they’ll find a trash can or their own trash bins. No, they’ll just leave it on the counters, at the place near the straws and the tables, since apparently this is a restaurant. People, man. It feels stressful being there just cause people can’t understand basic manners and patience.“
