“The place was really busy when we arrived. We were seated within a reasonable time. The service was outstanding! Every waiter we encountered had a smile, was punctual, and in our case our waffle was hard and they took off some money from the final check. Food wise, they have a lot of healthy options that taste good, by far the best tasting eggs i have ever had while eating out. Theirbreakfast potatoes are also very well seasoned. The plain iced coffee is also OUTSTANDING!“
“I mean it's Waffle House so you already know what you're getting but I have to say their service is impeccable. We went to IHOP and were told it was a 15 minute wait. A waitress came over and said it would be at least 40 minutes to get any food and they just seemed aggravated so we left. We went to the Waffle House across the highway. The girl was so sweet and even with a restaurant full of people, they were fast and stayed on top of our drinks etc. Just goes to show that customer service does matter and there is a reason that Waffle House keeps regulars. 10/10 enjoyed the service at this establishment!“
“It's waffle house. There's not really much to expect or not expect. You either love it or don't. Also if you need a menu that tells everyone you aren't local because the menu never changes and every local person knows everything on that menu. I also was a cook at waffle House for a while and loved it. “We met up for breakfast before we all went our separate ways after being together for a wedding. There were 7 of us. The server was very accommodating,; orders were filled quickly and coffee kept topped off. She understood that we would be a little longer than most customers and did not hurry us. If there is a wait, it's usually not a long wait. The restaurant has been clean and welcoming every time I've visited. Last minute I’m supposed to make breakfast plans for 11 people.I called the store on Saturday night at 1 AM, ask them what time I should bring my gaggle of goofballs to eat, preferably between 930 and 11.We all know that doesn’t happen on Sunday morning, it’s church.The professionalism of the lady that answered the phone this evening, that was good stuff.
