Best food in all of SouthSeas resort. We had the wedge salad with the chicken, and the chicken was seasoned to perfection and very juicy. The flank steak with fries was also super yummy and the fries were amazing. The Caesar salad with the shrimp skewers was also delicious, and the shrimp were seasoned extremely well as well and very juicy.
We had dinner by the pool and swam with the kids
Ordered the Blackened red fish. Wonderful!! Such a delicious combination of flavors. Chef was so friendly and welcoming. The view was amazing!

Redfish Grill is a solid lunch spot, especially at the pool bar, offering large and generous portions for great value. The service is attentive, friendly, and fits the laid-back island vibe. The pool bar setting is casual and enjoyable. Meals are excellent and delicious, featuring items like the catch of the day, such as Snapper, which can be fried, served with tasty mashed potatoes and an amazing southwest style kale slaw. The blackened grouper sandwich from the lunch menu is also perfectly cooked and seasoned, potentially with pickled onion. The flavors are well thought out and pair amazingly well. The restaurant requires guests to be staying at the property, with picturesque views of the marina. The staff provides amazing and caring service, creating special memories, including for occasions like a birthday with a special dessert. It is a place many would happily return to and was a favorite for some during their trip.
