“The food at this restaurant is on point! We wanted the feeling of a Caribbean Home cooked meal for Thanksgiving and they nailed it! The Salmon was light and fluffy, the stew chicken and jerk turkey were succulent, and of course the rice and peas, macaroni and potato stuffing all tasted like they came straight out of grandma’s kitchen!!!! “I have been to A & A cuisine three times now, the roti has been consistently delicious. I usually get the shrimp curry, big juicy shrimp. I haven't had a chance yet to visit on a Saturday for the doubles, hopefully soon. I've also called in advance to order just the roti skin, you have to call by Wednesday to pick up on Friday. I would definitely recommend. The family who owns this food truck are just so nice and friendly, great customer service. I will visit anytime I am in town.“

The combination of the sweet and spicy glazed shrimp with the crunchy onions, bell peppers, and shaved cabbage over a bed of stir-fried lomein noodles was out of this world. The hot pepper sauce was perfectly spicy and flavorful! It really added a nice touch to the already perfected dish. I also loved pairing it with the banana soda which the lovely lady who took my order kindly suggested I try. “I've been visiting Freddy's kitchen for 6 months once or twice a week. The food there is excellence. The Brown stew, chicken oxtails, curry chicken, the made to order, even the patties. This is one of my favorite spots, small Jamaican. Good food restaurants. I've tried many others in Orlando. This is one of the best ones I found. The service is top-notch place is always cleaned. I recommend this Jamaican restaurant to anyone originally from New York. So I know jamaican food from queens, just like home.“
