“Visited this restaurant on Sunday February 11, 2024 for the first time, l had the tripe and beans. OMG!!!!! I ate the whole box of food, not a grain of rice was left in my box to save a life, mark you, the portions are not small at all. I ate that thing up!!!! The chef stepped out so l did not get a chance tell him what an excellent chef he was. This food, the man dropped his hands into it man. All over restaurants are open BUT this is the RESTAURANT to eat at if you want your money’s worth, good service, clean, good tasting food brethren!!!! “The owner is so kind and has a wonderful personality. She knows how to cook so good. The first thing i ate from her was brown stewed chicken and it was so very good and flavorful that it left a mark on me. I got the curry goat next. It was very good as well. And the good is so reasonable and they give you a ton of good, unlike other Jamaican restaurants. You can't go wrong“
“I had dinner here and overall it was good. It is a tapas style restaurant. However, the jerk chicken and the curry goat were pretty big portion which was awesome. I am from Miami so the arroz con pollo was not to my liking. The drinks were also great. I had the rum flight and it was absolutely sensational.Parking: The restaurant is located inside of a hotel. So the hotel parking garage is used.“
“They were so nice. They even carried our plates to the car. We went the day before and the card machine was down and we didn’t have cash. They gave us an order of jerk chicken on the house so we had to go back. I’m so glad we did. In a world where everyone is so mean and selfish it was a blessing to come across such nice gentlemen. The jerk chicken is delicious. I finally had a real patty and it was good. We also had ox tails and curry chicken. Yums. It was lunchtime and there was also a fresh fruit juice truck in the parking lot. It was our best Orlando experience thus far.“
“As a chef and Trinidadian in Orlando, this is the closest I’ve gotten to the food from home. And as a staunch south Trini eating roti in Gasparillo and Penal all my life, it takes A LOT to recommend roti anywhere. The curry beef is spot on and this was the softest and fluffiest paratha I have ever gotten in Orlando. Definitely recommend giving this small family business a try.“
“I got the jerk chicken, rice & peas, and cabbage. The cabbage and jerk chicken were absolutely superb! The jerk chicken is a tad spicy, but it worked well with all the flavors. “Food was amazing! I wish I had taken a picture. Highly recommend the Rasta Pasta, Jerk Chicken, Patties and Coco Bread. Im sire everything else is great. Im just getting started but highly impressed by the authenticity of the meal. Im From Jamaica so I know good quality Jamaican Food.“
