“We enjoyed a selection of various macarons! My personal favorites were the lemon and coffee macarons. The tiramisu macaron was vaguely boozy. The mango macaron could've used more flavor. The macarons had good shape and had feet, but were a little flaky on top. They were a little soft in the middle, but they didn't taste underdone. Chewy and sweet! The cafe is styled with adoration for Paris/France, which we found charming. Bathroom is not available to customers. Overall, it was a pleasant experience!“

“My daughter is a caterer a very good one but and she loves Seasons 52 because their food is so good they're bartenders are so nice we sit at the bar. If you're at the Polynesian resort, main house, go towards the back in the main lobby and out the sliding glass doors. Turn left, and there it is, a little gem situated in a resort instead of in a crowded park. Dole Whips have their own cult following, and I have to admit I get the fever. They're so tasty! This location can also do swirls with vanilla soft-serve, and they also make Dole Whip Floats (your choice of DW or soft-serve with pineapple juice). So good! They also offer a Dole Whip Float with a shot of coconut rum! Yes, it's delicious, though honestly the rum hides very quickly with the size and flavor of the float. But, that's okay, you can just take the shot separately if you want, they serve it on the side. That's all they serve: ice cream, Dole Whip, floats, and mixtures between the above. It's that simple. And simply delicious. Whether we're staying at this resort or just stopping by for a meal, we have to go to the Lanai for a Dole Whip!“

There were all different sizes it just didn't match the price of the dish.The service from our server was good, but the young lady with the glasses at the check in counter, was preoccupied with the screen in front of her, we gave the name on reservation she never looked up at us. We asked if we could get our wine bottles from the club at our table, she said yes. We asked the server who apologized and said no, we had to get wines at the bar area. I have visited this chain in 5 different locations in addition to this one, and it's the first time I've had a complaint.“

One night, we had some roast chicken. I was expecting like a drumstick or something, but you get HALF chicken, and two sides! All for about $15-16 dollars! That's an incredible value by Disney World standards! They have really good ones at Liberty Tree Tavern and I didn't think they could get any better than that. Then we ate here. I truly thought they gave us the wrong order when I saw them, but once I took a bite I was sure these couldn't be gluten free. My husband brought them back just to double check (mistakes happen). They reassured him they were and I was just amazed. I didn't finish my fries, but you better believe I finished that chicken! I WISH I could get these at home. The only reason to knock off one star is that these took a very long time to be ready. Like everyone else got their order and were done eating long. “I ordered my cupcakes online and I really wanted the Barbie cupcake but they were sold out on the app. I was a little sad but I know how good Sprinkles cupcakes are so I ordered a box of 4 to share with my friends. When I arrived to pick up my order, one of my friends asked the young lady that works there if it was possible to exchange the flavor I had chosen (Strawberry) for a Barbie cupcake because she saw they were still available. The young lady that works there brought me my order in addition to the Barbie cupcake. I was delighted knowing that I would get the chance to try it! So I asked the young lady how much would it cost me and she told me no charge. Needless to say, I was overjoyed by her kind gesture and wonderful customer service. She really made my day. I’ve been to several Sprinkles locations (California and Tampa, Fl) and I am always impressed by their customer service. Today was a great example of why I love Sprinkles so much. Not to mention how yummy their cupcakes are! I wish I knew her name, but either way this review is my thanks to her and the staff at the Disney Springs location.
