The staff was accommodating since I wasn't aware of making a reservation. The food was freshly made, delicious and portions more than adequate. Space is clean and well kept. “My husband and I absolutely love Steakhouse 71—it’s truly our go-to spot whenever we’re in the area. Every experience we’ve had has been top-notch, and a huge part of that is thanks to Kaylee from Fredonia, NY. She’s been taking care of us for as long as we can remember, and honestly, she’s the reason we keep coming back!

Kaylee is hands down the best server we’ve ever had at any restaurant. Her kindness, warmth, and incredible attention to detail make every dining experience unforgettable. She’s thorough, knowledgeable, and always makes us feel like we’re the most important guests in the restaurant. Whether it’s her recommendations on food and wine pairings or her knack for ensuring everything is timed perfectly, Kaylee has mastered the art of exceptional service. She anticipates our needs before we even ask and does it all with such genuine care and professionalism—it’s rare to find someone so passionate and dedicated to their craft. On our most recent visit, we also had the pleasure of meeting Ryan, the manager from New Hampshire, and he was absolutely phenomenal! He came over to check in on us, and from the moment he introduced himself, his enthusiasm for his role and his commitment to guest satisfaction were crystal clear. His friendly demeanor, charisma, and genuine approach to hospitality were enough to show us how much he loves what he does. It’s rare to meet a manager who takes the time to connect with guests so thoughtfully, and Ryan’s energy was infectious. He made us feel valued, heard, and appreciated—and that speaks volumes about the leadership at Steakhouse 71.

Between Kaylee’s exceptional service and Ryan’s wonderful leadership, we felt like we were in the best of hands. This restaurant isn’t just about incredible food (though the food is spectacular); it’s about the people who make every visit feel special. Steakhouse 71 has become more than just a restaurant for us—it’s a place where we feel welcomed, cared for, and celebrated. Satu'li Canteen is such a unique dining spot! Located in Pandora – The World of Avatar at Disney's Animal Kingdom but its' also quiet pack for to get the seat . you may oder via the app to collect the food . The atmosphere is super interesting, and the food? Both creative and tasty!

💛 Combination Bowl with Smoked Chimichurri-braised Beef and Wood-grilled Chicken, and wow, it was flavorful and satisfying. The mix of textures and the smoky chimichurri flavor were just perfect.

💛The Ocean Moon Bowl was a fun surprise! The blue noodles were visually stunning, and the combo of tuna, watermelon radish, and pickled daikon gave it a refreshing, cool vibe.“

“Highball & Harvest - Orlando - 4.5 Stars "If the radiance of a thousand suns were to burst forth at once in the sky, that would be like the splendor." -- Gita Highball & Harvest is a restaurant inside the Ritz Carlton Hotel. The Ritz works very hard to deliver an amazing overall experience whether in lodging or in dining. While I did not stay at the hotel itself, the opulence that surrounds you upon entering the restaurant is sumptuous. You have to take a circuitous route to get to this eatery but once seated you have great views of lush flora and fauna that are carefully manicured. The attention to detail is astounding. The only downside to this spot is that the open air nature of this area caused sound to reverberate. Normally, this is not a big deal, but there was a gaggle of men hard-pitching what sounded like a Ponzi-like scheme to some young adults nearby. I tried to ignore them, but the leader of the pitch had a bellowing voice that carried throughout the place. He looked and sounded just like Marty Funkhouser from "Curb Your Enthusiasm." It was hard to avert my eyes because he apparently had obtained hair transplants years ago and did not have the foresight to consider future baldness. So he had perfect rows of wispy red hair on his head, a complete ring of baldness, and then more hair. Anyway, while this is a major digression from the point it was hilarious to watch and listen. I didn't need to stick my head in my phone for entertainment. Now, back to my culinary experience. Highball & Harvest has, like all modern American restaurants, a craft drink menu. A highball is another name for cocktail, which was big in usage at the turn of the last century. I chose to imbibe and picked the Industrialist from the menu. This consisted of Woodford Reserve double bourbon, Creme de' Menthe, and Fernet Branca. How they came up with this combination is beyond me but WOW! - it works. I ordered three sides instead of a full meal this time, choosing brussel sprouts with sherry-maple gastrique, Jimmy Red's goat cheese grits, and red cabbage deviled eggs. At first I was worried about the maple gastrique but my worry was for naught. The maple was barely noticeable but the sugars gave a potent punch on the finish. Now, as far as cheese grits go, I will eat them whenever they're on the menu. These Jimmy Red's had so much wonderful cheese I almost want to call it cheese with grits - truly amazing. Finally the deviled eggs: The chef who designed these eggs should get national recognition. The filling was smooth and creamy. The red cabbage finish topped with the pumpernickel crouton is the kind of crisp, clean, simple dish I so enjoy. I can't say enough good things about Highball & Harvest. Their dishes are simple, yet complex, and contain the right balance of flavors with recipes that are outside of the proverbial box. We ordered the chicken empanadas for an appetizer and coupled with the chipotle ranch sauce it was fantastic. For our entree we ordered the 16oz bone-in ribeye medium rare and we split it. I don't often say this but ten stars. The steak was cooked to medium rare perfection. There was a house dipping sauce that was absolutely delightful but it was not necessary. This was one of the best steaks we've ever had. Our waiter was a joy and the entire experience was magical. Highly recommend.“

“The food was really delicious. The ambiance and environment is beautiful with all the lights above you and the cool food trays that are rotating trees on the table. A lot of Snow White characters are around and you get to “visit” the queen to take pictures. You will have to try the desserts. The best one is the cookies and crème panna cotta. It does cost 2 tickets or meals if you’re on the dining plan unfortunately. If you don’t mind paying for a little bit extra or one of your meals, then I’d say give it a try. The food is delicious and it was a very fun dinner. If you love Snow White or the evil Queen, it’s a must!
