“Absolutely exceptional experience! Everything from the green tea & cold sake to the starter courses, followed by the Oasis Roll and Assorted Sashimi were all incredible. The hospitality upon arrival and throughout dinner was so welcoming and really special. We dined at the sushi bar and enjoyed the engagement from the entire team. The dining room has recently been expanded and renovated, everything looks and feels fantastic. Our new favorite sushi spot, even better than our previous favorite in NYC. “My 4th visit and it just gets better. After trying various Turkish items I decided to try Fish and Chips. It was cooked to perfection. The food is only equalled by the smiling helpful service and the price is only a little more than some nasty fast food joints. How good is Sara's? Well I opted to have two teeth filled without novocaine injections so I could eat lunch there afterwards.”

A waitress gave her $5 and a manger bought her dessert they sang to her and made her night special! Food was amazing! Live music and a beautiful night out on the patio 10/10 recommend!! “The managers both Carlie and Justin were both very accommodating when I called to make a reservation for 20 to celebrate a birthday at the restaurant. Our server Devon did an outstanding job and was absolutely fine regarding our request for multiple checks. The food was simply delicious and the prices were reasonable. They allowed me to bring in a birthday cake and they served it for no extra charge. We were all extremely happy with the service provided and will definitely return!!”

“A wonderful meal last night was a last-minute decision following a flight delay nearby airport. Walked in seated at a table in the bar room. Kim was our server. Wonderful all around! Have eaten here several times but she had so many interesting and perfect menu options that were all new to me. She definitely knows her stuff! Our party enjoyed the Wagu Ribeye, the braised, beef and cheese ravioli special, and the chicken marsala. Appetizers wonderful house salad resembling Columbia‘s famous 1905, and Stone crab appetizer two claws, two dipping sauces, and plenty of squeezed lemon. Dessert included the blueberry special crum cheesecake, chocolate, ice cream, and Bananas foster their house specialty. Wish I could remember the name of one of our party’s cocktails, it was presented to the table in a fantastic wooden box which when opened a barbecued smoke billowed out from it. A bourbon drink perhaps? Have been to numerous restaurants in the Tampa Bay area and Bascom’s hands-down has over-the-top phenomenal service start to finish. Thank you to everyone for a lovely evening meal.”

“This may be the easiest review ever! This place is my new favorite. I had my birthday dinner here in March and it was probably the best experience I have had with a restaurant and a large party. Everything was perfect, the staff the food the service the ease of everything. I requested the "Party Room" as they call it at the Clearwater location. They let me decorate to my liking and never once were we in need of anything (our party had 20 people) all at the same time their regular restaurant was full on a Saturday night. They offer 2 for 1 drinks during the week 2-6 and let me tell you if you drink sangria the red is delicious, and strong. This place is just so fun, we have a blast no matter if we are here for drinks, dinner or a large party. The staff is attentive, and fun. 5+++ stars, more if I could give it.”

The variety of tea was impressive and delicious and the staff was so pleasant and helpful with choices and allergies. The owner took the time to go to every table and check on our experience and thank us . I was expecting a little cozier room but the rest of the experience was so enjoyable and the food so good. On The Fly in Clearwater feels like a roadside outpost run by friendly NPCs. The fuel pumped fast, the shop was clean (by Florida standards), and the cashier had bard-level charisma. Snacks were abundant, toilets passable, and the vibe oddly upbeat – like a gas station that rolled a natural 18 on atmosphere. One star off because the windshield squeegee was missing in action… probably off on its own adventure.”

Still good and I’ll still come again but I sure hope management makes a change and gives the two girls working this morning 5/22 @ 10 am a bonus as they are working hard and the line is going out the door, some are leaving. I tried the traditional fried grouper sandwich — it was good and well-prepared, but I’ll try other options next time to give a more accurate verdict. While it didn’t completely blow me away, it was still tasty and satisfying.

What really makes the place stand out is the friendly service, quick attention, and positive energy! I totally recommend visiting this awesome spot and enjoying a nice margarita while watching the sunset.
