McDonald's in Clearwater

“I don't often leave glowing reviews for fast food stops, and certainly not for McDonald's, but this location deserves recognition. From the moment I walked in, the entire staff—from the cashier to the manager—was genuinely friendly and welcoming. It was refreshing to see employees who seemed happy to be there, which is rare these days.

The restaurant itself was impressively clean, both inside and out. The dining area was spotless, and even the outside areas were well-maintained and free of trash, creating a very pleasant and presentable atmosphere.

Overall, this has been the best McDonald's experience I've had, and it completely exceeded my expectations. A big shout-out to the team for their hard work and excellent service—keep it up!“

“About the 4th time I ask for plain burger and get one with everything on it. It’s almost petty. The receipt literally says PLAIN, ONLY CHEESE. I’m gonna just Throw lower and lower reviews on google every time I don’t get a plain burger from now on. I can’t come back because I have to head to work so thanks.“

“I usually come to this location because it’s the only one I know of that serves biscuits and gravy (the best), but I typically hit the drive thru. Today I came inside… My food was great, as usual, but the manager - I believe her name is Lisa - was an absolute delight!!! I always intend to leave reviews, but usually forget. She was so wonderful that I decided to do it while I eat. It’s so awesome that she knows her customers and goes above and beyond to make sure they’re happy! We absolutely need more wonderful customer service people like her in the world!“

“My girlfriend and I stopped in for an Egg McMuffin and coffee this morning. The Egg McMuffin was good and the coffee excellent, but my real reason for writing this review is to praise an employee. I regret that I didn't get his name, but he was, as I told him, a "dynamo." He made the restaurant run--he welcomed us the moment we stepped inside, delivered our food to our table, took our tray away after we finished, got me some sugar for my coffee when I requested it, asked me if I wanted a second cup of coffee, and even mopped the floor. And he did all that with a cheerful, friendly attitude. He's simply an excellent employee; McDonald's is lucky to have him.“

“I’ve only been to this McDonald’s one other time through drive-through this time I decided to walk in being that I am older than 50 younger than 70. I don’t usually use the kiosk. I like to do the old-fashioned walk up and order my food however when I walked up to order my food, I had to wait a little bit and then a nice Latino lady started to walk up the second. She saw me and immediately went to open her mouth to help me, and her manager yelled her Name And said no go to drive-through. I didn’t think that was very professional and obviously I didn’t like it because I was very hungry and I had to wait another two minutes before someone came to help me other than that. It had a good atmosphere and the food was as good as McDonald’s always ismost of it is cooked the order these days so all good foods calibrated correctly and the fryer oil is clean“

“The app didn't work so I tried the kiosk as a guest. My order apparently went through and I received a table number. The employee told me that the order didn't go through and I started all over. I finally received my M&M McFlurry and french fries.\nQuiet environment today. I chose one of the modern accessible tables over a booth. \nMenu is available in Braille upon request.\nAccessible entry with heavy front door. Accessible order and pick counter. Accessible movement thru venue. Accessible mens and women's restrooms with dedicated stall, 2 grab bars, 3ft x 5ft space.“
