“Let’s talk abt it. I am a huge social media influencer and attitude and manners is essential these days and Customer Service. I walked inside of this Dunkin and while everybody’s face was down and looking gloom or irritated, there was one person who stood out. He had a smile, a kind word, and an upbeat attitude, he was just a singing, along to whatever beat he had playing, his mannerism was so positive that he changed my entire attitude & made me smile. He took and delivered my order with excellence and I just wanna say thanks to the young man whose name started with an X. I was happy for the great Customer Service. I loved his attitude and upbeat mood, which was very contagious. To the Duncan management team you guys have a good one when the rest of your employees were moody & acted irritated, sad or just not delivering warm customer service you had one employee in there, playing music and singing right along to make the Customer experience great. Not only am I grateful for that employee whose name started with an X for making my day. I am also gonna add this to all of my social media accounts. This person changed the whole vibe with an upbeat mood and smile, so thank you to the man again whose name started with an “X” you are pretty a damn amazing employee!“
