“Will was a freaking angel!! My car steering wheel belt snapped and I was stranded !! . I’m a travel nurse so I’m not from here. My RBNB is literally one hour from the local hospital. The BP gas station next to Dunkin’ Donuts was not friendly and refused to allow me to use their phone or WiFi (my phone wasn’t working). I went next door to Dunkin’ Donuts and asked for WiFi and to use their phone.
Will allowed me to call triple AAA and get a tow and use their phone WiFi for help. I ordered 35.00 of food to bring home to my family so when I get towed home I would have dinner .
The food was fresh, hot and soo good ! The lobby was super clean and every guest that entered and exited the store was greeted and treated with respect with friendly attitudes . This store stayed busy and all staff where working quick and efficient during the entire time I was there. Staff were working, stocking and cleaning consistently. The store was very well kept up. Thank you so much Will for allowing me to stay safe inside while my tow trucked arrived . God bless you“
“Thank you team for great drive thru service. You are the one store I can count on to carry the 1 lb bags of French vanilla ground coffee. You aren't the closest store to my house but I will drive to you to get it thanks again! ; ) 3 one pound bags for 25 bucks is a deal these days!“
“On my way for my infusion this morning and we last minute decided to get Dunkin’ so I did a mobile order and it was ready by the time we got there! They had ran out of the size cup I ordered so they gave me the next size up and filled it all the way for no upcharge. This was a very nice surprise this morning! 👏☕️“
“The crew at this store is top notch. They were so courteous when serving my daughter and I as well as a gentleman after us, all while dealing with a seemingly never-ending drive-thru line and an extremely difficult customer in store at the same time who just seemed to keep harassing them in store and on the phone.
Throughout everything, our food and drinks were perfect and delicious, when we are in the area visiting from Maine, we'll be back.“
