“My truck stalled in the drive thru with loose battery terminal and Tyler jumped into help and he had a great attitude. Got it started again.
Nevada and Nevaeh made me smile again after they made the perfect beverages and were so nice with great attitudes. Beautiful young people“
“My wife and I went to Dunkin on King St in Cocoa Florida and had the best service of any donut shop we’ve been to. It was very clean and the customer service employees Shelby & Tracy provided was outstanding!!!! We went to this location on July 17, 2025. Keep up the great work!!!“
“They have one employee that does not like my son. She will ignore him when he arrives. She has even made his order wrong and then she's no where to be found, to fix it!
Otherwise the rest of the staff is awesome! The drinks we order are made to perfection!!
Get work!!“
“I have been to Dunkin for the past three days they keep on telling me they’re frozen machines down, so I asked when it was going to be up and The worker responded “they fix it “ The boy couldn’t even give me a full sentence. Very disrespectful. but the crazy part is I’ve been going there for 10 years to the same Duncan and they have never not had my drink, but all of a sudden they get these new workers and they can’t make any drink drinks!!! Sad !“
