“We have not been here in years. They were very busy. We were having a late dinner after a trip to Miami. Service was very nice. It was late but they seemed so happy to see their customers. I love the green sauce, huacatay. I ordered tostones instead of maduros, but they were tasty.

My food was prepared rather fast. The benefit of being early is the fast service. The food was delicious, and the maintenance from the bathroom to the table was outstanding.“

It's been a while since I last visited and things have changed at chick-Fil-A, we ordered ahead as were aware lines get long, we arrived and sat in queue for approx 20 minutes and got our food. Now unfortunately we were missing key components of a successful lunch at Chick-fil-A. No straw for the strawberry shake, how can you miss a straw when it's in the name of the shake? Then no dipping sauce for the chicken strips or napkins to soak up the grease. Lastly both fries looked like someone snackd on them before we got them, about half the order of 2x mediums weres missing. Not at all like we are familiar with when eating here. Still the wife swears buy them so here we are and we're here to stay 🤷🏼‍♂️

“Their chicken has me in a chokehold. I usually get their tenders, but I recently discovered a promotion for their tender bites and decided to try them out.

I ordered the fresh-cut chips as my side and was disappointed to find them overly toasted, almost burnt. Fortunately, I checked the box before leaving.

Since it was my first time ordering the chips, I asked a staff member if this was the usual presentation. One said yes, while another said no, which was rather confusing. However, they kindly swapped the chips for regular crinkle-cut fries, which made my afternoon much better.

The chicken bites are just as good as the tenders, no surprise there. Inside was not crowded and appeared clean. As with most locations, seems people order to go.

“It's Popeyes so of course the good is good. Service is mediocre. The wait is longer than expected and it seems ( at least when I go ) that the spicey chicken isn't ready. The only negative worth noting is the restaurant was not as clean as it could have been behind or in front of the counter.

“I have been avoiding KFC because of a very bad experience I had at the location close to Sailboat Bend On Broward Blvd but tonight I had the best experience at this location. Manager Maleek (yes I had to ask his name) is literally the best manager i have come across in all my years of visiting KFC or any other fast food across the country.
He displayed excellent customer service skills and professionalism and made sure our order was completely accurate, despite the fact that it was busy.

But that was literally THE BEST KFC I've had in YEARS! Over the years, KFC chicken has gotten sloppy and just not appetizing tbh. But I decided to stop by tonight, and I was not disappointed.
