“We've been to Vicky Bakery too many times to count. This location is conveniently located in Cooper City at the corner of Stirling and Palm Ave.
This place it's usually always busy. The prices are inexpensive and food/coffee is good. We occasionally stop by here to grab a beef empanada and cortadito. Seriously, it's super cheap! Empanadas are $3.25. Cortadito is $3.50.
The staff is always nice and very efficient which makes the lines go by pretty quickly. The space is simple with a few tables and chairs inside.
A few other items we've tried here include Cuban sandwich, palmer/elephant ear, guava & cheese pastry, pastelitos, croquettes, cheese tequenos, pan de bono and egg croissant sandwich. Vicky Bakery is popular for a reason. Check them out!“

“A group of 18 had lunch here yesterday. Our server Mario was excellent personable attentive and very efficient. All 18 entrees came out at the same time. You can tell that the management is excellent and works together as a team. The food was great and the price is very reasonable. A very good experience!!“

“This place is a gem that I absolutely love and I am so glad is in Dania.
This is a small place with very limited dine in tables, but the food is amazing, the people are the sweetest and best, and overall small business feel that I love.
The prices are fair and if you like Cuban this place is great.
I always get the classic Cuban sandwich with everything as it's my go to in this place.
I usually get take out, but have also eaten dine in.“

“If you want OUTSTANDING Cuban food and SUPERIOR service, go here.
We came in looking for some ceviche and pork, and left satisfied and happy. Although we were the only gringos in the restaraunt, the staff was welcoming and ensured we understood everything on the menu (printed in Spanish and English), and made wonderful recommendations. (One daughter of the family run establishment spoke perfect English, and made wonderful suggestions.)
RECOMMEND the ceviche. The pork was fresh roasted, and our son enjoyed an amazing chicken quesadilla.
Make the time to to if you are in the Miami area. You will not be disappointed. We will definitely be back.“

“Our company Christmas meal was placed from Sergios Restaurant at Pembroke Pines and they delivered fresh delightful food. It was a pleasure speaking with Lucy Vasquez. “Stayed at a hotel 6min walk away, and so happy that we did! Food was delicious. Don’t expect 5 star service but still everyone was sweet, and food did not disappoint. We got the picadillo with rice and plantains and my wife devoured it, wanted to take some to go. I ordered (not pictured) a ham and added cheese omelette sandwich, and it was so yummy!! Wish I would’ve taken 4 more to go.“

“Farewell Feast with Flavor: La Carreta Delivers a Perfect Lunch!
We recently visited La Carreta in Miramar for my boss's last hooray before leaving the company, and it was the perfect spot to gather with coworkers for a delicious meal. I brought my daughter along, and we both had a great experience!
To kick things off, I ordered a mojito, which was so refreshing and full of flavor, while my daughter enjoyed a classic apple juice. The meal started with plantain chips and mojo sauce, a crispy and tangy appetizer that we all enjoyed.
For the main course, I had the Palomilla steak served with white rice and beans. The steak was tender and well-seasoned--exactly what I was hoping for. My daughter had the Grilled Chicken Breast with rice and beans, which she loved.
We couldn't resist dessert, so I tried the Natilla Carretera, a creamy, caramelized treat similar to crème brûlée. It was the perfect way to end the meal--smooth, rich, and just the right amount of sweetness.
The service was excellent--our server was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. Overall, La Carreta provided a wonderful dining experience, making my boss's farewell lunch truly special. Highly recommend for anyone looking for authentic Cuban cuisine with great service!“
