Nestled on the DOUGLAS ROAD side of the building (see photos), you can hop up to the terrace (where there are outdoor dining tables) from the northern edge of 1 Alhambra Place. There is also an entrance from the lobby.Although most patrons seemed to be regulars, this newbie was treated like a long-lost friend. A very nice Western Omelet and a large Cafe con Leche made a great start to my day.

Parking: Steer parking (pay by phone or at kiosk) is available on Alhambra.

“What can I say, Venezuelan flavors in Miami Beach. Very casual bakery with the typical dishes ready for you to take or eat there. The empanadas are always perfectly cooked and I do not come to Miami without always making at least one stop here for them. The bakery also has all Venezuelan cheeses, they can make you an arepa with the cheese of your choice if you want to stay away from fried foods. The service is always great and they are consistent in their quality.“

“I always enjoy my time here. Food is always great & customer service is always welcoming. I tried the Egg Benedict with an english muffin & crab cakes. I don’t like runny eggs so I substituted scrambled eggs. It was delicious. I’m not sure what sauce was used for the topping but it wasn’t spicy. Everything came together in this dish. “Man, what a find! I was driving around after a brutal early morning of Amazon deliveries (you know how it is!), and I was seriously craving some good grits. I actually Googled "grits near me," which is how I stumbled upon this place. I'd seen a review that mentioned "classic diner vibes," and that totally sold me. “Las Palmas in downtown Miami is a hidden gem—so tucked away, you might pass it twice before realizing it’s the spot you’ve been searching for.

The food? Excellent. The staff? Warmer than your abuela when you finally return her missed calls 😂. Their food is always great. And on Fridays? The have a smash burger on their menu, which is the top smash burger I've had in Miami.

“Stayed here the day and night before heading out on a cruise and had a blast! Family Friendly Pool that's open late! Short walk to the beach! Short walk to Ocean Drive! Spacious Rooms! Buffet was pricy, but good quality food! Stayed at another hotel south of Ocean Drive the night after our cruise that I wouldnt recommend. Definitely going back!“
