“Amazing service and great food! Came here for the first time and thought I ordered a small tea, which they then delivered. They rushed over soon and told me I had paid for a regular size. I told them it was fine and I would keep the small, but they brought over the next drink anyway! My friends took my extra tea and we all had a wonderful meal. Food was super fast and well cooked. Wonderful staff. Come in, especially late at night!“

“I went to the U and ordered lunch. I ordered the eggplant and tofu, which I haven't seen on the in town stores. I also ordered a pepper steak and a sweet fire chicken beast entree. This was a three entree plate. I also ordered a chicken egg roll and a water. I ordered the vegetables as usual. Overall good“

Food was very good, portions were good and price is good to and it came with choice of soda , my bill was 9.58 including taxes and I attached pictures of my meal , menu , and inside of take out place . “La Estrella feels very familiar, at least the atmosphere of the restaurant, the staff and most of all the food. It’s almost ripped out of el barrio chino in Cuba, truly nostalgic. They prefer cash payments, as tip for anyone who is looking at the reviews. The food is amazing every time, very fresh, comes out quickly and is great for pick-up on a night that cooking dinner seems like too much. It’s a great spot for Chinese food, and you can always count on them giving you the free crispy small noodle bits on the side, I’d die for those things. “I came to this restaurant due to the hype on social media because of their authentic food. I decided to come and try it with a friend and it did not disappoint.

As soon as you’re seated, you get offered hot tea and water. The hot tea is good. The waiter provided some great suggestions. The only thing is that we did have to request the chow mein noodles, when it was offered to the other tables.

To eat, I tried the fried shrimp taro cake, fried crab rangoon, pan fried pork dumplings and special lomein. The fried shrimp taro cake was the best thing I’ve tried that day. It was delicious and I could eat this all day, everyday. The fried crab rangoon was also delicious and I will definitely order it again. The pork dumplings were tasty too. The special lomein had pork, chicken and shrimp and it was very good. It also came with white rice, which was had no seasoning, but that was expected. The special lomein is definitely a shareable dish.

Overall, the service was good and the food was very tasty. I was also very surprised how affordable it was. This is definitely a place I would return when I’m craving Chinese food.“

“In the last 2 weeks I’ve been here 3 times; first time I had the General Tso chicken lunch special. It was pretty good, a little on the sweet side, but delicious. I ordered the special fried rice with it instead of just the pork fried rice, and the taste was good. A little lacking on the meat side; small pieces instead of chunks of meat. I also ordered the krab rangoons, and they were great! The last 2 times I’ve been here I ordered the Mongolian Beef plate, and it is by far the best Mongolian beef I’ve had in a LONG time… this last time I ordered it extra spicy, and it was phenomenal. Was gonna give a 4 star review because of the rice, but the Mongolian beef was top notch! Will be back again for sure“

“Chang's Chinese Restaurant is one of those neighborhood spots that just gets it right every time. I've been coming here for a while now and I have never had a bad meal.

The place is small and cozy but always clean. You walk in and it smells so good from the kitchen, you know the food is gonna be fresh. The people who work here are so nice, like family owned vibe, they remember you, they ask how you are, they make you feel at home. Service is fast too even when they are busy on a Friday night.

I usually get the General Tso's chicken with fried rice and an egg roll. Chicken is always crispy outside, tender inside, sauce is sweet and spicy but not too much, perfect balance. Rice is fluffy and not greasy, egg roll is crunchy and hot. My wife loves the Lo Mein, she says the noodles are perfect and they put plenty of chicken and veggies in it. Last time we also tried the crab rangoons and they were so good, creamy inside, crispy outside.

Portions are huge for the price. Like one order can easily feed two people or you have leftovers for lunch the next day. And prices are really fair, you get a full meal for not much money.

It's just good honest Chinese food made fresh, not that frozen stuff. If you want a quick takeout that is consistently delicious with friendly people, Chang's is the spot. I tell all my friends about it and I'll keep ordering from here for a long time.“

Besides their Chinese rice is worth the drive . Very few places get it right like they do !!
They are always very helpful on the phone and provide you with a good insight of their dishes when in doubt about ordering one item or another.

“First time here, don't eat Chinese food a lot but this was decent. The special rice was good with shrimp, chicken,pork,egg,bean sprouts, scallops, and onions. Not bad pork, shrimp or chicken in every bite. I had the honey garlic wings with special rice dinner for $10.25. It's a hole in the wall, but clean and the lady was pleasant.The portions were decent and if you're not an NFL player it might feed you and another person. I will be back for the honey garlic chicken dinner next! Up date MSG in the stir fried rice, I felt it a few hours after eating. Very picky about what I put in my body. Will only order plain rice from now on.“
