Chef - always on the lookout for that special restaurant where exceptional prepared food and ambiance and great service meet my expectations for that five star rating - I found it in Crystal River Fl. at the “ Vintage at Fifth” . From the salads the appetizers, the crispy Duck, the Rib Eye Steak even the Macaroni Chicken Cheese dish all were superb. My compliments to the Chef and management for their dedication to excellence!“

“Stopping for lunch. We have drove by here so many times. Today was the day! Very nice inside with great views of the water Started with the crab corn chowder. Amazing! So delicious. Perfect consistency. Fried BOLOGNA/ Brasstown, NC COUNTRY BOLOGNA, WHITE RICAN CHEESE, MUSTARD SLAW. So good!!! Instead of a thick cut piece of bologna it was lots on thinly sliced slices. Really well done. The mustard slaw was so perfect with the fried bologna. Deb chose the crab cake app as here meal. All of it with the salad and succotash was well paired. Great food. Chilled laid back atmosphere. Would sit outside next time but inside is so nice. Service was awesome. Lindsey Was so nice and friendly. Can't wait to come back.“

“I'm from Indiana and I come here everytime I visit my sister. She is 83 years old, lives alone and has no family in Florida. Dennys has welcomed her into their family. It's her favorite breakfast restaurant and they treat her like royalty. The chef Mark, always finds time to come out and give her a hug. Karen and the staff are absolutely amazing. I am so Thankful that she has a place to go where the food is delicious and she is treated like family.“

“Head waitress Tina took personal offense to me not accepting her as a waitress on a visit because the first and last time I had her she was rude when I ordered a Greek salad and sent it back to the kitchen, the salad came out with nothing but a small amount of lettuce in a big salad bowl no veggies or toppings nothing. After that I have brought my family there plenty of times since this and had good food and ok service until our last visit about a month ago. We ordered our usual wings ...the waitress we got had an attitude I saw her talking to Tina the day I refused her as a server and she was like maybe she's jealous. Firstly let's clear the air I would never be jealous of another woman I'm the type that likes to love and support others but anyways ego is an ugly monster. I just didn't like the fact she calls herself a manger and #1 would bring me such a sub par salad and #2 get mad at me for not accepting it.... So the wings we got on our last visit were greasy and soggy nothing like the wings we always have gotten so I said something to our waitress Tina's follow along that suggested I was jealous of her (she was our waitress) and her response .. she said well you have to order them crispy what !!! I have never done this before after 2 years of patronage. I didn't leave a tip and left a polite note saying that I hoped next visit would be better. Now fast forward to this afternoon hubby and I went in for our usual hoping for better food and service and got kicked out for leaving an honest review about our experience. I hope they know I'm a seasoned consumer protection attorney and will be proceeding legally as I have the whole interaction on video, and this is not the first time you kicked someone out for writing a review about their experience.“

“In a small shopping plaza in Crystal River, you will find this sports bar and grill called Lollygaggers. We have seen this restaurant a few times, and from the outside, it doesn't look like much, but don't let that deter you. The restaurant is bigger than it looks, and if you like sports, there are enough tvs throughout the restaurant to watch anything you enjoy. Our waitress was friendly and greeted as soon as we sat down. If you like fried pickles, then you have got to try theirs. They are awesome. Hubby got a cup of their chili it wasn't bad, but it was too tomatoey for us. I had the pork cordon bleu it was tender and juicy, and their house made coleslaw is terrific. Hubby had the Italian grinder, he ate the whole thing, and was scrapping up the droppings. Lol. Our overall experience was wonderful, and we will be back when we are down that way. They also have daily specials.“

“Ordered curbside. Food was delicious. Service was fast. Didn’t forget anything with my order, which is a big deal for me. Only issue was one of our catering dishes was not as plentiful as the other one we ordered. Overall still a great experience.

“Our waitress was excellent. She was running around doing everything while the other waitress was playing around. The food was great. Took a while, and the place wasn't that busy. But only one waitress was doing everything. The grilled chicken was great. Love the side salad.“
