“People like Shift Manager Joshua are the kind of people that we need to make us great again! - Politicians are worthless towards this effort.

The drive-thru was packed with customers, and I absolutely needed a #7! So I had no problem parking and heading inside to place an order. Once inside, I honestly was taken a back at how pleasant the overall environment was. Taking orders took much longer than I had anticipated, but as I waited I grew impressed at how effective Joshua was, running this place like a friendly homestyle cafè. Additionally, he was advising two courteous self motivated trainees Karen & John. Assisting the drive-thru employee. All while cooking the orders and ASSURING all customers he had their backs.

And he did! He made my breakfast sandwich customed to exactly how I wanted it, in no time flat!! Despite my order tasted like is was prepared in a homestyle cafè, and all customers in the lobby were enjoying the great vibes.“

“Horrible food. Stale ingredients and missing things that I paid extra for.
And the staff could care less that you had to drive all the way back for your food to be remade correctly.
It boggles my mind that there is no consistency in this Taco Bell.
I have wasted so much money on food that i couldn't eat and was too tired or too far away to return it. Do better Taco Bell.“

“My wife and I stopped at DQ for a blizzard and a cone. We asked for a small cup for water and we’re told there is a charge. Ready, $2.19. Really! I called DQ in Inverness, no charge for water. Today I spoke to the Manager who claimed employees are paid $15. Per hour and DQ can’t afford to give away free cups. I won’t being going to DQ Crystal River any time soon. They are terrible!“
