“2026-09-10: It has been years since I have been to a Five Guys, and my first time here. I got here just before 5pm. I ordered a Bacon Cheeseburger, a Bacon Cheese Dog, a small order of fries, a Reese's Milk Shake, and an iced tea. The food was very good. What impressed me the most were the five guys and one girl who were working this evening. They cheerfully greeted everyone who entered, and most of all, they all looked so happy and cheerful and appeared to get along very well. It isn't often that I see employees appear as happy as they seem to be. I like to praise people who do well, and I hope management lets them know as well.“

Today I spoke to the Manager who claimed employees are paid $15. Per hour and DQ can’t afford to give away free cups. I won’t being going to DQ Crystal River any time soon. They are terrible!“

It seemed like there was only one lady working everything; the cash register registered , the drive-through, cooking the food.. “Erica was the girl that was there when we ordered at 4:30 on Wednesday, 29 October. She was by herself the person didn't show up the people that were there before her left the place a hideous mess with no food in the containers and she took her time.
