“When you really wants to eat a bomb great ice-cream you have to go to this place. The taste and presentation beyond my expectation, the place inside is very nice decorative and super clean. The guys here made me feel so welcome, and recommend me their popular ice cream wowww. I want to say that this place is like 5 times better than traditional commercial rolls ice cream places. “Cold Stone Pinecrest always hits the spot. The staff is friendly, the ice cream is super fresh, and they mix everything perfectly. The place is clean, quick, and reliable—great for a late-night sweet craving or a casual treat. Definitely one of the better Cold Stone locations in Miami.“

“A new favorite for our gelato-loving family. We tried several flavors and it's hard to choose! All of them were great. You can't go wrong with the Dulce de leche. The coconut is great, too. The lemon is so refreshing and the texture is meringue like, totally lovable.
They serve wafer cookies freshly made in store. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I wish I lived closer, I would become a regular. If you love Argentinian style gelato, you have to give this place a try. Parking (street and public garage) around the block.“

“Came here on a group outing with the Beyond Links crew and honestly… Dairy Queen handled us like absolute pros. A whole crew of awesome adults on the spectrum rolled in ready for treats, laughs, and probably too many Blizzards — and the staff was AMAZING.

Everyone working there was super friendly, patient, and genuinely kind. No weird vibes, no rushing us, just smiles and good energy all around. They made ordering fun, kept things light, and treated our group like VIPs (Very Important People who really love ice cream).

We laughed, we ate, we probably debated Blizzard flavors like it was a life decision. 10/10 outing, 10/10 service, 11/10 happiness levels.

“You NEED to try the cookies and crème gelato. It was both mine and my husband’s FAVORITE. I’m not a fan of Oreo/cookies and crème flavored things, but this was SO GOOD. We also tried and liked two other flavors but we did try about half of them (not saying they weren’t good, just not our style). We got the pound and it was WORTH IT.

Also, if you like STRAWBERRY flavor, the creamy strawberry gelato was as if fresh strawberries were blended with milk and frozen, it tasted so fresh and the strawberry flavor was so strong and not at all artificial. DELICIOUS.

Also, bless our server. She gave us roughly half of the flavors to try before we landed on the 3 we tried first. She was so sweet, we had to tip.“

“La Michoacana is hands down one of my favorite places for a sweet treat! The variety of flavors is incredible, from fruity and refreshing to rich and creamy, there's something for everyone. I had the mangonada and a scoop of horchata ice cream, and both were bursting with flavor.

The shop itself is colorful and welcoming, with friendly staff who were patient and happy to offer samples while I decided. I also appreciated the extra touches like chamoy, Tajín, and the option to build your own snack with toppings.

“A week ago I went to this store looking for a last minute cake for my Son’s Birthday. There were no more cakes in the size I needed and I didn’t have time to go elsewhere. KAREN saw my frustration and immediately went out of her way and was able to find me 1 in the freezer but needed to be decorated.
She stopped what she was doing and started to mix color blue to decorate my ? thanks to her I was able to arrived on time with my sons cake. You don’t find people like her anymore

“The ice creams are delicious, however, they need to have at least two employees. This is my first time trying this ice cream place and we came on a Sunday and there was only one person working making ice creams and being cashier. The employee worked hard but I suggest having another person and extra hand to help move the lines. One person is not enough when you have to refill the machines. I would definitely come back but I hope the service improves.

“Aiden is awesome! Every time I come in, he’s super friendly and always makes me feel welcome. He takes the time to get my order just right and even makes great suggestions when I’m not sure what I want. You can tell he really cares about the customers and enjoys what he’s doing.

The store always looks clean when he’s working, and even when it’s busy he keeps a positive attitude and helps things move quickly. Cold Stone is always a fun place to go, but Aiden makes the experience even better.
