“checked in last night, found a poop covered wash cloth hanging from the shower curtain they offered "free breakfast" when I declined i was told "or, since youre a bonvoy member, we can give you 5,000 bonvoy points" i asked what good that does, and she said "if you get 50,000 points, you can sometimes get a free room stay"... oh. so thats the place youre running? leave guests exposed to someone else's fecal matter, and then offer them a "fuck you" in turn? the gm wouldnt come talk to us, she "was busy with other things" and a assistant manager ended up coming the room. no room change was offered, and part of me suspects that if the lobby wasn't PACKED, or I decided to speak in a soft tone, this would have been swept under the rug and brushed off. it only got handled because I was speaking at normal tone, and expressing frustrations. there were other guests who heard the convoy, made some disgusting faces when hearing, THEN they comped the room. stay away. theres other, better options that wont charge you $15 to park overnight. complaint and photos are being escalated with corporate.“

Coupled with a glass if Sauvion Blanc and Riesling and the night was set.

“Rarely review. But had the best pasta dish I've ever eaten - rigatoni a la Norma - at this intimate, quiet gem near (but just far enough) from Las Olas. The owner even explained quality ingredients, how to make it at home and report back, though quite sure it won't taste this good. Excellent wines. Try any of their specials (the Norma) but also the lasagna Bolognese - the owners' regional specialty - or the Vongole, pizzas. And desserts - panna cottas and tiramisu. All made fresh 🙏“

“I had such a great experience here tonight. The food was absolutely delicious from start to finish. We started with the calamari, which was cooked perfectly—light, crispy, and not greasy at all. The garlic rolls were insane… honestly some of the best I’ve ever had. We shared a house salad, and it was huge—definitely big enough to split. Everything tasted super fresh, and the balsamic dressing was perfectly drizzled and flavorful without being overpowering. For my entrée, I ordered the chicken parmesan with angel hair pasta. I’m pretty picky about marinara sauce (and I’m Italian, so I hold places to a higher standard), but everything was completely on point. The flavors, the sauce, the portion—just really well done. What made the experience even better was the owner coming over to talk to us. She shared details about the food and the restaurant, which made it feel really personal and welcoming. They also host special wine tastings at the end of the month with a curated menu, which I definitely want to come back for. We didn’t try the pizza this time, but I already know I’ll be back. They offer thin crust and even a deep dish that you can order ahead (about an hour in advance), which sounds amazing. It’s a smaller place, but it’s cozy, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the service was excellent. I rented out the entire outdoor area, and the team went above and beyond to set everything up exactly how I envisioned. They were so accommodating and really paid attention to the details that mattered to me.

“If you want to travel to Portugal without booking a plane ticket, this is the spot for you. The restaurants is small so I do suggest making reservations beforehand. We had reservations and were seated immediately.
The restaurant itself is absolutely gorgeous. They have a tree in the middle that gives it an outdoor open feel. And an incredible wine display in the back.
Our waitress, from Portugal, did a great job of explaining the menu to us and guiding us on what to order.
We started off with the Bolinhos de Bacalhau which are cod fritters and OMG they were sooo good! These tasted identical to the ones we've eaten in Lisbon. It comes with the classic pairing of black eyed peas which are awesome when eaten together.
We also tried the Chouriço Assado which the presentation when its brought to the table is a treat itself. It comes out on a flaming pig and then its sliced tableside. Our waitress recommended trying the chorizo with the piri piri sauce which is slightly spicy and it was delicious. It added another layer of flavor.
For entree we got the Paelha Marinheira which was absolutely amazing. First off, its a huge portion and comes piping hot. Each bite was full of seafood. We added the lobster which was perfection. It's great to share between 2 people.
For dessert we ended with the pasteis de nata and its great because it brings 2 pastries and we paired it with ice cream. It makes for the perfect sweet treat without being too much. The pasteis de nata is served slightly warm and is perfect with the cool ice cream.
Overall great restaurant for some Portuguese cuisine.“

“I can't rate the food because there wasn't food served here as far as i'm aware of. But this nice little lounge had some very good choices , not just in cigars , but in beverages as well , whether it was alcoholic or not , an alcoholic. All I grabbed was a Rocky Patel 13 and a Pellegrino with lime. Enjoyed both effortlessly while enjoying really nice, comfortable leather chairs as well as being in good company with my friends and coworkers! If it happened to be back in this area , I'll definitely take the time to come back!“

This was our local spot for sushi/ramen in ft lauderdale when we have the craving. Foods fine for it's prices, but it does feel like their ramen isn't as good as it used to be when their restaurant was in the smaller next door unit.

Service was always a hit or miss before and we didn't mind it much and we've gone to other places more frequently but we went recently and it's become consistently less friendly... Amongst other little things, our server ended our lunch with immediately handing us our check after finishing our food without even asking if we wanted any dessert or anything else. We were looking and planning for it, but our server just made us feel unwelcomed from the moment she took us to our seats we didn't bother with it. It's just not pleasant to come here anymore when we don't know if they're gonna be at the very least welcoming or not.“
