“checked in last night, found a poop covered wash cloth hanging from the shower curtain they offered "free breakfast" when I declined i was told "or, since youre a bonvoy member, we can give you 5,000 bonvoy points" i asked what good that does, and she said "if you get 50,000 points, you can sometimes get a free room stay"... oh. so thats the place youre running? leave guests exposed to someone else's fecal matter, and then offer them a "fuck you" in turn? the gm wouldnt come talk to us, she "was busy with other things" and a assistant manager ended up coming the room. no room change was offered, and part of me suspects that if the lobby wasn't PACKED, or I decided to speak in a soft tone, this would have been swept under the rug and brushed off. it only got handled because I was speaking at normal tone, and expressing frustrations. there were other guests who heard the convoy, made some disgusting faces when hearing, THEN they comped the room. stay away. theres other, better options that wont charge you $15 to park overnight. complaint and photos are being escalated with corporate.“

“Rarely review. But had the best pasta dish I've ever eaten - rigatoni a la Norma - at this intimate, quiet gem near (but just far enough) from Las Olas. The owner even explained quality ingredients, how to make it at home and report back, though quite sure it won't taste this good. Excellent wines. Try any of their specials (the Norma) but also the lasagna Bolognese - the owners' regional specialty - or the Vongole, pizzas. And desserts - panna cottas and tiramisu. All made fresh 🙏“

“I had such a great experience here tonight. The food was absolutely delicious from start to finish. We started with the calamari, which was cooked perfectly—light, crispy, and not greasy at all. The garlic rolls were insane… honestly some of the best I’ve ever had. We shared a house salad, and it was huge—definitely big enough to split. Everything tasted super fresh, and the balsamic dressing was perfectly drizzled and flavorful without being overpowering. For my entrée, I ordered the chicken parmesan with angel hair pasta. I’m pretty picky about marinara sauce (and I’m Italian, so I hold places to a higher standard), but everything was completely on point. The flavors, the sauce, the portion—just really well done. What made the experience even better was the owner coming over to talk to us. She shared details about the food and the restaurant, which made it feel really personal and welcoming. They also host special wine tastings at the end of the month with a curated menu, which I definitely want to come back for. We didn’t try the pizza this time, but I already know I’ll be back. They offer thin crust and even a deep dish that you can order ahead (about an hour in advance), which sounds amazing. It’s a smaller place, but it’s cozy, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the service was excellent. I’ll definitely be back—and next time I’m saving room for dessert (if I can stop myself from eating all the garlic rolls again).“

The service was exceptional, starting with our host Ada and then with our waiter Javier.

The food was also superb! We ordered the paella, the tomato herb salad and for desert the postre de natas.

I’ve been to multiple private events at restaurants and I have to say this has been of the best service experiences I’ve had. They consistently refilled drinks and made sure to accommodate allergies and special requests flawlessly. The private menu and food were also amazing as everyone raved about the food. They helped us pack to go boxes for everyone and were super attentive to everyone at our event. In total it was 30+ and everyone felt like their every need was taken care of. “This is a nice little cigar lounge perfect for the boys to come to and hang out.

After the Knicks won the championship last weekend the boys decided to stop in for a drink and a cigar, the girls had no choice but to join.
Even if you are not a smoker, the longer is very comfortable inside with plenty of seating for a small group.
The ventilation system in this establishment is amazing, you couldn’t even tell you were sitting in a cigar lounge. We spent a couple hours in here while the boys chatted and talked sports, and we all had a few drinks. It’s a nice relaxing place to come too if you’re looking for a great glass of bourbon and a cigar, highly recommended.
Also, the girls that work in this lounge are very friendly and knowledgeable when it comes to cigars and what drink would go great with cigars.“

Great selection and great website, you can get some great wines with their promotions. But I really love coming in person to pick up. The team is always helpful and very knowledgeable. They are often hosting tastings…last time I was there, they had a guy cutting iberico ham from cinco jotas while offering some incredible Spanish wines. Incredible. No one better in south Florida.“
