“Longwinded, but worth it. I would like to say first and foremost, I love Texas Roadhouse. I flew in from Maryland and this was the first dinner spot we went to. The food was amazing per usual (never disappointed), and the staff was friendly and bubbly. The only disappointing event that occurred was that my sister in law left her favorite hoodie behind and we didn't notice until we got back to Maryland. I called and spoke with Jim (the Manager) and asked if we had left our hoodie behind and he said yes, we did. I asked if he could hold it there until we figured out how to get it. He eliminated that stress by offering to ship it to us, which he promptly did!! He went above and beyond and we couldn't be more grateful. I will definitely return to this location. Thank you so much for an all around great experience. Give Jim a raise! A+ customer service.“

“Our dinner on the peaceful night was only reserved about two days in advance. Their reservation was very friendly. When I informed them that I would be late, I called them to explain the delay. They were willing to keep the reservation for us. Thank you very much for their understanding. Otherwise, as tourists, we would probably not be able to have dinner here. Back to the main topic, this place is fine for a regular dinner. We each ordered grilled rib steak, grilled chicken, steak, and grilled pork chops. The grilled rib steak was very delicious 😋.“
