“Whoever was at this restaurant serving today 12/15/24 I know that the person who took my order was a beautiful black woman and 2 men, I assume one of them with glasses was the manager, everyone was friendly, the food was fresh and hot, the whoppers, even the fries, everything was delicious, if I stayed at this location nearby I would go back but unfortunately I am 3 hours away from here. I am not going to deny that at first I thought about moving on because of the reviews but it is clear that not everyone has the same experience because mine was very pleasant for me and my family. Thank you team, keep giving your best and every day give your best, no matter the people who have a bad day and go to the restaurant to ruin their day, do not let that happen, continue giving good customer service in any circumstance, remember that the way you treat me speaks of you, I know it is not easy from my own experience, I am the manager of a well-known fast food restaurant but wherever you go, customer service is first and essential in these times that we are living where few people are empathetic. “Food was very tasty and really good quality. The portion sizes vs price was spot on. I have to mention that my son has a wheat allergy. It is very hard for us to eat out as a family due to that. But the team we had provided excellent customer service in double checking and making sure that the food we ordered for him was completely wheat free. They were kind, knowledgeable, and all food was made fresh to order. Definitely recommend coming here! I know it’ll be a staple for us in the future.“

“Prob the busiest restaurant in the universe. Very small dining area so it is encouraged to eat and go or, um, just go. Parking lot is treacherous, espc if you are on foot. There is a reason why staff out there wear brightly colored vests. Easy in off of saxon, but not an easy out so take your time and stay safe. Food is what you would expect, staff are friendly and helpful. Staff go as fast as they can. I love how they are good neighbors and support Good Shepherd Academy Spirit Night!

Vegetarian options: They have a veggie wrap, but make sure to get some dressing as it is a bit dry otherwise. Get some Mac and cheese and some waffle fried with it and you are set.“

“10/10 I love chick-fil-a and the customer service is always good. I did a curbside order and then my car started smoking and the guy that brought my food out helped me with my car and got 2 other guys to help me out. I am very thankful to them because idk what I would have done. I hope that they are appreciated at work and get recognized for what they do because they didn’t need to come out of their way to help and I am very thankful that they did.“

“I have been here numerous times on my visits to my family in Sanford and the employees have always been super friendly and helpful. They even have taken the time to get to my little nieces and nephew and talk with them. I would highly recommend this place.

Except for it being outside. I really enjoyed all of my food. Oh, there was one issue with knowledge of the menu from the order takers. “I recently visited Wing Express at 955 S Woodland Blvd, DeLand, FL and ordered two hibachi chicken platters for takeout. Although the restaurant was quiet inside, they appeared busy with several to-go orders. I placed my order and waited around 20 minutes, which seemed reasonable given the circumstances. The chicken was excellent, but the egg fried rice was somewhat bland, and I noticed a few hard pieces of rice. However, the portion sizes were generous, and overall, I would consider returning to try a different dish next time.“

The person that took my order name was Carolyn and she was so helpful with helping me decide what I wanted to eat because I was so hungry, so she suggest that I get the deluxe seafood platter, I even asked if I could get my fish cooked country style and they said it was no problem, she was very polite and the food was great! I asked to speak to the manager to let her know. The manager name was Cassie and she was very sweet and thanked me for coming and let me know anytime I’m in the area I can always come by. I don’t know her name , but they forgot my taco she stuck her whole body out the window with attitude asking for my receipt goes over and very rudely ask so you got the one but not the other backs her self out the window says one minute and shuts it mind you she is the was that checked my bag before handing it out so she is just mad at her own mistake. I was very kind and respect so her acting so passive aggressive was not necessary“

“We stopped here as a family with three kids and two adults. Everyone ate and everyone was happy. We decided to eat here as an alternative to typical fast food. The kid's meal size was generous. I had to help finish it because of left overs. This location was perfect. It's right next to crazy amounts of shopping stores. It was nice to take a break from the day and sit down as a family and eat a meal together.

I am beyond impressed with how I could taste the spices and how they complimented this sandwich, WOW!!! I've had this sandwich at other locations and it has never tasted so FANTASTIC!!! “Best hotdogs around and I'm vegetarian! So many unusual combo toppings (peanut sauce, nori strips and dried cucumber?) It's the perfect place to sit outside and enjoy the vibe of the Water Street Market after a brisk walk on the Wallkill Valley Rail Trail. Inside the little building is cozy, too.“
